“Ce logement était excellent ! Le personnel est au top. Malheureusement nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la piscine a cause du temps et des travaux qu’il y avait, mais je recommande fortement cet établissement.”

“It has a good locarion , the owner was very nice and attentive , responding to all our needs . The food was very good and has an excellent service ,”

“I found the room to be very dirty. The bathroom had black mold, the sink area needed to be cleaned, there were a lot of cobwebs and a spider on the ceiling, then really questionable streaks / stains on the sheets. I could not sleep comfortably the first night, I booked a tour the next day, so I packed my bags so I could leave that day even though I paid for 2 nights. So thats what I did, I moved to another hotel down the street and cut my losses. They can book tours and transportation if you...

“We had a fantastic 5-night stay. The private pool was awesome, the place was spotless, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. They even prepared an early takeaway breakfast for us on our last day because we had an early departure, which was a lovely touch. The retreat was quiet and relaxing, while still being close to both Tam Coc and the Old Town. We’d definitely stay here again! 😊”

“The views are incredible and so are the staff. They were extremely helpful and wanted to make sure we were taken care of. They provided free bikes so we were able to ride around the local area which was a wonderful way to spend the afternoon after doing the boat tour. There’s tons of bars and restaurants a few minutes down the road. The town proper was a bit of a bike ride but definitely manageable and the ride itself is beautiful so no complaints about that. The boat tour is about a 13-15...

“Had a wonderful stay. The friendliness of Thanh and his family is what stood out the most. The local excursions, the home-cooked meals, a refreshing dip in the pool after a hot day, and being greeted by their dog were other highlights. I especially enjoyed the bike ride through the rice fields.”

“The owners are super nice and the location is the best to explore everything around”

“Hotel cómodo bien llevado por una familia, habitación limpia y amplia con buenas vistas al valle, familia adorable y nos sentimos bien recibidos. Moto alquilada por 150k, A mejorar: desayuno no incluido y mejorable, nada cerca decente, Aire acondicionado y TV, como les dije. ”

“Nice little place to stay in Ninh Binh. Very welcoming and friendly staff. The room was spacious and clean globally. Very good local food if you want to eat there”

“The family that runs this homestay is very warm and friendly. The room was big (surprising for Vietnam!), modern and clean. The best part for us was the view. The limestone mountains and the river we could see out our windows and door were just so picturesque. The location is away from the main homestay areas (although very close to Hoa Lu and the Trang An Boat Ride entrance) as well as any shops. They have a decent food offering, we found it useful to supplement with eating in town and bringing...

“Anh and the ninh binh palm homestay provided us with one of our most memorable stays in vietnam. Anh is fluent in english and more than willing to provide assistance in booking further transport or suggesting activities in the surrounding areas. We were able to hire a scooter from the homestay for a very fair price which helped us greatly. The room was very clean, the bathroom was perfect with high pressure hot water in the shower. I cant recommended this place highly enough and I am sure we...
