Totally Awesome!!!!!

Hey everyone, Just a quick review of this particular property. Totally Awesome!!!!! This property is clean, bright and very comfortable. It is a newer (2019) house with a great enclosed back yard for your pups to run. Garage is available for parking the neighborhood super nice as well. I would recommend this place to friends and family without hesitation.

Does the job - w/ an open concept kitchen/living room

This is a good place for bigger groups and is also pet-friendly. The place could use some TLC and better cleaning though. Damaged dishes and furnishings (dented fridge, drywall holes, chewed up children’s plate & broken dining chair), which were brought up to management. Much of this can be easily fixed. Overall- location sits about 7 mins to local shops and food. Close by the freeway- so easy access. There is a train nearby (noise) & ranches in the vicinity (fertilizer smell may be present); so consider these factors, in case either bother you.

Perfect Stay

This property was perfect for us. My husband and I are from Idaho. We work and live in another state now. We went back to search for land and spend time with our grandsons. We had our two young grandchildren and our dogs. The house is lovely. They had it stocked well. The house is located in a great area. It is close to all shopping areas. The property is in a safe and beautiful neighborhood. The fenced back yard was perfect for the littles and the dogs I would highly recommend staying there. The owners are very nice. They stayed in constant contact. They wanted to make sure that everything was fine. Also if we needed anything. Thank you so much Bryce & Callie.

Clean and comfortable

4 adults and 4 15 year olds. Enjoyed our stay and the home. One adult and teenager had to sleep on the couch, but said it was comfortable. Would say more ideal for 6/7 people if everyone wants their own bedroom. Hosts were great and communicated well. Nice neighborhood...neighbors came over for a soda. :)

Perfect Home Base For Our Thanksgiving Weekend

We traveled to Nampa for 4 days / 3 Nights, for our Family Thanksgiving Weekend with our relatives in Nampa. This home was the perfect spot for Us and our 4 kids. This was a much better option than a hotel. The house was freshly cleaned, comfortable and centrally located, so we were close to everything we needed (stores, food, relative's houses & Dutch Bros!!!) . The beds were all very comfortable, the family room sofa was cery comfortable and the kitchen was great for preparing breakfast before heading out for our days. The home was stocked with all needed cooking utensils, plates, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, etc. The neighborhood was quiet, so sleep was not an issue. The check-In process was easy and smooth. The Hosts checked in with us Mid-Stay, which was very thoughtful. The Check-Out process is quite simple as well (we threw the sheets into the wash before leaving and ran the dishes in the wash). When we come back to visit again, this home would be our 1st choice. Thank you to the Hosts for letting us appreciate your home.

The house was beautiful. Other than the broken umbrella and wasps out back and a broken dining chair and the very rude neighbor glad it was hot and we had to stay inside, the property was beautiful and very homey worked perfect for our family. Thank you so much for the accommodations.

Amazing managers; awesome rental home

Exactly as pictured, has everything you need and more, and the folks who own the place are responsive, helpful, and friendly. Nice fenced in back yard for dog to play catch and conveniently located to all nampa amenities! Highly recommend!

Beautiful house!

The house was great. We weeded the backyard so it’s clean back there now. There’s an umbrella in the back that is broken and should be removed. Very basic problems which shouldn’t alarm anyone. We loved it and had a great time. It has three beds which could sleep 2 each and a large corner couch which could sleep 2. I wouldn’t try to sleep more than 8 here.

Clean, convenient, family friendly stay

I can’t say enough great things about this vacation rental. Very clean, spacious, and SO homey. Very high speed internet. Worked remotely and everything was seamless. Even a desk to work from. Family friendly, super comfortable with young kiddos. Hosts are so friendly and accommodating. 5 minutes to all the necessities (Costco, Starbucks, Olive Garden Chik-fil-a) Family loved it. We all agreed we will 100% be staying here on all of our Nampa area trips.

Very Nice- super comfortable beds

This home is nicely decorated, maintained and stocked for a nice little stay. Finding a gem that has 2 King Beds that are comfortable is rare. The owners were very responsive when we were able to get a hold of them with an issue. They were quick to respond and help. I would highly recommend this rental anytime and since we have now moved here to Idaho we will definitely use it if extra room is needed when family visits. Thank you Bryce and Callie for sharing your rental with us.

Nice new house

This cozy home was great. New construction so everything was in excellent shape. Kitchen had all the utensils we needed for making light meals. 5 minutes to Walmart, Costco, and much more in the retail centers around the corner. We felt right at home.
