It is truly only 3 bedroom. The location was nice and convenient. The upstairs tenants were loud and disruptive at bedtime. Maybe add some noise insulation between the upper and lower units. The host even let us park our boat trailer in the driveway before check in. We took advantage of getting on the water early. Can't say enough nice things about this home.
