Justo cerca de la playa "Children", en el centro de la ciudad y a poca distancia de Ferry.

Estamos casi terminando de renovar y amueblar nuevamente esta antigua casa de playa, cerca de la famosa "Playa de los niños" con banda de protección, a poca distancia del Steamship Ferry y del centro. Estamos cerca del borde de Brant Point, que está más cerca de la ciudad. Paseo a casa de la cena y cócteles. Estamos a menos de una cuadra del puerto y la playa. Estamos lejos de los grandes bufets del White Elephant Hotel y del famoso sushi de Lola 41.
El patio de nuestra linda casa de 3 dormitorios y dos baños está rodeado de setos y se siente bastante privado. Tenemos un espacio de estacionamiento en la pequeña entrada. (¡Pregunte sobre el uso de nuestro super divertido Moke eléctrico para recorrer la ciudad con estilo!). La casa tiene aire acondicionado central. Nuestro patio tiene una parrilla de gas, mesa y sillas, y una ducha al aire libre para que puedas dejar la playa atrás. ¡Creemos que te encantará nuestra antigua casa y especialmente la ubicación!

We stayed here for two nights at Christmas time and absolutely loved it! The house is so thoughtfully laid out and furnished - every square inch used and it comes together in the homiest way. We loved the fireplace on a stormy day. Very friendly hosts. Location cannot be beat! No vehicle necessary when you have the ferry, the old A&P, and Stubbies a few blocks away! Thank you!

We were there for the Stroll. Very convenient location. One of the upstairs’ bedrooms was really only appropriate for children. Ceilings were very sloped! Which is understandable because of the age of the house. The stairs are difficult to manage for older adults and that was our group! Minor issues-some of the pots and pans were not clean and the main room furniture and dining chairs were not comfortable.

The location of this house is unbeatable. It's within easy walking distance of the ferries, the bus station, and the historic downtown with its great shopping. The Brant Point Lighthouse is right down the road and several great restaurants are nearby. It has a small yard where we happy houred every afternoon. We loved it.

The location of this property is unbeatable. A 5 minute (or less) walk into downtown, proximity to Jettie's beach, and Children's beach, and all other sights within Brant Point. The home itself has two great sized rooms and one smaller room. There were a few things we wished we had known about before arriving to prepare a bit better for our stay. The mini splits upstairs did not function properly at all, making sleep accommodations for our young child very challenging. Unfortunately the noise from outside prevented us from being able to open the windows. Additionally, the home itself is in need of some upkeep on things such as the storm door at the front not closing on its own, the upstairs toilet seat being very loose, and a missing lock on the second entry way at the master bedroom. The house gets very bright very early in the morning, so definitely plan ahead if you're not wanting to be up with the sun! We also experienced some issues with the cleanliness of the home (no sponges available to do dishes in the kitchen, towels still in the dryer when we arrived, and pillowcases that needed to be washed by us due to make up or other staining left from previous renters).We appreciated the efforts of the owners once we shared our experiences when we arrived but, as previously noted, we would have planned a bit differently for our trip had we known a bit more of what to expect prior to our arrival.

Hidden Gem in the Heart of Nantucket!

We LOVED our stay! The house has so much character and is so beautifully decorated!! The kids loved searching for the secret door to the master bedroom! If the owners wouldnt have mentioned this prior, we may have been confused finding the third bedroom, as well! They also loved the swing on the tree out front. We loved the house itself and the accessability. Everything is in walking distance! Thanks for a great stay!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay! Really cute house and definitely the best use of space to provide for enough beds. It did get quite hot at night upstairs and we had trouble at first, but it worked out great! Thank you!

Quaint and cozy winter stay

Close to everything in town so easy to access all the shops and restaurants. Sam was very accommodating when we had to stay longer due to ferry cancellations. Heat in the winter is a little tricky to get right, but we made it work and had a great time! Would come back!

July 4th Heaven!

This is our second time renting this property for the July 4th holiday week! And we love it... The location of this property is simply unbeatable. Nestled in the vibrant Brandt Point neighborhood, its a stone's throw away from some amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and beaches. The property itself is a gem! The home is well appointed, modern appliances, and tasteful decor creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. We spent countless hours in the yard for family dinners! What truly set this experience apart was the property owners. They are incredibly responsive and accommodating. From the moment we expressed interest in the property, they were communicative and provided all the information we needed; making the entire renting process smooth and enjoyable.
