- Beautifully renovated and stylish, this 5 bedroom 5.5 bathroom house features a sleek modern interior wrapped in a traditional Nantucket facade and has a private swimming pool, hot tub and back yard plus patio and dining area.
Perfect for large families, 4 of the 5 bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms with king or queen size beds. The main floor contains a master suite, which opens up to the pool and patio, a powder room, a spacious living room and a sitting room with a pull out couch, and a large open kitchen/dining area. The living room and sitting area both have wall mounted HD Tvs.
The Second floor features a second private master suite along with 2 well appointed bedrooms.
The 3rd floor contains a 5th bedroom with 2 twin beds, a bathroom and a "hanging out" room complete with flat screen television.
The property also has 2 off-street parking spots.
As with all Copley Nantucket properties, guests of 26 Pleasant Street have access to Copley's complimentary concierge service for help making restaurant suggestions, recommending fishing excursions on beach or by boat, day trips, car rentals, and more.

Pleasantness on Pleasant Street
Perfect house for multiple couples or two families to rent - enormous driveway, beautiful bedrooms spaced apart, great open kitchen/dining area. And...easy walk to town for those not-so-sunny days on Nantucket

Crown jewel in Heart of Nantucket
This property was great option for our large family w 2 adults and 6 children ranging from 12-1 year old. Pool was a wonderful option when home and not on adventure exploring the island. Well located near Main St and all the great stores and restaurants as well as convenient access to grocery store and pharmacy. Excellent off street parking. Seemed like the location could not be beat when setting out on our daily adventures in all directions to a new beach area everyday. Access to property management was phenomenal. Already planning our return trip.

Weekend in nantucket
The property was very clean and well kept. Kitchen mostly well equipped for cooking but lacking a few items: knife block, extra paper towels. The house itself is very spacious and comfortable. Linens and towels plentiful. Not being familiar with the area the recycling protocol was a bit confusing, I would suggest having labeled barrels or bins inside/outside to help make this easier for guests since it strictly enforced. Location was easily accessed to downtown within walking distance. Lovely home!

Beautiful Renovation Interior & Exterior Backyard
My family loves this property! If your looking for your own pool and Whirlpool spa, this is it!! Enjoy a smart home with all modern conveniences. Spacious enough for the entire family! Comfortable bedrooms, and en-suite bathrooms! Overall, a really relaxing home to enjoy your stay. Loved it!!!

A Special Property
This is indeed a special property. The location, tasteful décor, guest rooms, entertainment systems, appliances and landscaping were all top notch. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking tools we needed.
The owner went above and beyond to make our traditional Thanksgiving Family Reunion a huge success. She arranged in advance for extra air mattresses for grandkids, and an additional dining room table and chairs for our group. She told us about activities we might be interested in. She suggested an excellent restaurant for our special anniversary event, and handled all reservation details, including backup reservations. She offered assistance during our scheduled departure from the island in Gale Warning conditions.
It was a pleasure renting #609966 in Nantucket Town - a wonderful rental property and outstanding customer service!

Pleasant in every way!
Beautiful house, walk to town. Can't say anything negative about this property. This was our second stay at this lovely home. Pool is small but extremely clean and water was warm in early June. Comfortable beds and wonderful linens and towels.

Exquisite home and convenient
We stayed here for my 30th and everyone loved the home. We were so impressed with the decorating, the style and all the amenities the home has. We were able to walk to and from
town within minutes so it's very accessible. We would love to rent it again one day, perhaps when it's warmer. The only thing I'd recommend to future guests is to make sure everyone brings their own soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. They did not supply any toiletries which is fine we just didn't know ahead of time but we got some at the stop and shop. Overall, it was a dream vacation in a dream home!

#609966 in Nantucket Twon
We rented #609966 in Nantucket Town for a three generation family reunion and it could not have been more perfect. The five bedrooms with large comfy beds and private baths were great for our family of ten. The living areas were tastefully furnished and the large kitchen and laundry area contained modern appliances. It is a short walk to town with its quaint shops and restaurants and beaches are a short bike ride away. We made good use of the pool and hot tub. If you, like Frank Sinatra, like plenty of towels, there were lots and lots of beach and bath towels. In short, it was a super place for a family reunion.
