The space
Enjoy the charm of this historical style home without compromises. Upon entry, guests are greeted with an open loft-like floorplan where dining, kitchen, island, and family room are combined into one large space. A hallway leads to a separate laundry room, guest room, guest bathroom, and main bedroom, bathroom, and back door. The guest and main bedrooms offer adjustable queen and king sized beds respectively. The guest bath offers a walk-in shower with dual shower head and wand; the main bath is equipped w/ tub and rain shower head.

The cottage offers a small off-street driveway and street parking is also available. At the time of posting, taxi, Uber, and Lyft services are available in the area. As previously mentioned, much of downtown is just steps away which includes entertainment, dining, shopping, spa services, and much more.
