Long weekend get-away

Napier stop over

Marika's place was everything we needed for our 2 day stop over before carrying on to Gisborne. All the amenities (especially the remote garage door opener) were brilliant. Shower was premo ( loved the large shower rose head) & comfy beds. A lovely quiet area that's not far away from Napier CBD or Marine Parade. Homemade jams & spreads were delish too. Marika was a lovely lady to chat with, Will definitely look to stay again. Many thanks Marika. David, Liz, Tamara & Tawhana.

Couldn't be better

We had the most perfect stay. Marika has stocked the pantry with yummy goodies, you have no chance of getting through. The house is sunny, roomy and well appointed. It's close to Taradale and if you're going to a wedding at the Old Church, it's utterly brilliant. BEST PLACE EVER!

Our stay was excellent. Accessible bathroom a big plus and plenty of room for our baby granddaughter made our stay very comfortable. Pantry extras amazing and the feijoa and apple juice Marika left in the fridge with milk was appreciated.

Great property

One of the best we have stayed at. Very clean, excellent facilities, clear instructions from owner, lovely little touches like avocados from own tree and jasmine in bathroom for our stay. Added bonus of being totally accessible for anyone with a disability (not tokenistic saying they are when actually not) and handy to Napier and easy to get to Hastings. Highly recommend.

Quiet and peaceful

Nice and quiet, out of the way if the hustle and bustle but close enough to get to IronMaori event with short trip up motorway. Homely and clean, large modern bathroom, internal garage, well stocked kitchen and wardrobes with extra blankets and towels. Marika the host was welcoming and friendly. Great stay!!

Wonderful little getaway

Absolutely brilliant place to stay! Wonderful host, super easy communication and check-in.
