It was a pleasant and peaceful location. The view of the ocean from the lani was spectacular.We could even see whales from the lani. ASea turtle came up on the beach to sun one day also. Plenty of roomfor everyone, and privacy as well. We all just enjoyed the entire week.

Great location with fantastic views but wasn’t in a good of condition as we expected

Great location and fantastic views from the lanai. The unit was clean when we arrived but we were expecting it to be a little nicer. New appliances but refrigerator is to big for the space do to open all the silverware drawers you need to open the refrigerator door to pull them out. Investing in new deck chairs and table would make the area so much nicer.Also the listing said there are beach chairs which there were know do we had to rent some beach chairs . Also no bogie board that was listed.

The view!!

Amazing view. Waves lulling us to sleep! TURTLES everywhere and whales spotted. Lovely accomodation with pleanty of room for our party of 8 Convenient to get to beaches, stores and some great little restaurants.little but very clean pool.

Great Place.

I was extremely hesitate about this rental do to my brothers room in the same complex being canceled 3 days before our stay. They canceled because the complex is under construction. Well we never heard back from the manager. We attempted several times. It all worked out it was great. Clean and never heard the construction even though it was next door. I recommend this place, it had a great beach. Snorkeling was awesome. Walking distance to many restaurants and stores.

Great property, but should be properly informed of construction

Loved the location and the unit, but felt we should have been informed of the serious construction upfront, either prior to booking or directly in the body of the confirmation email. Including it through a secondary link seemed deceitful and the construction was a safety hazard, especially with a two year old.

Nice place on the ocean

We enjoyed it very much. It served the needs of our family. We particularly liked the balcony where we watched sea turtles swimming and the sunset over Molokai. It includes snorkel gear, which was very cool. The only downsides were the third step was broken and the dryer had trouble starting. We let them know at check in and they said they would fix it, but no one came during our stay to fix it. Otherwise, a great stay. We loved it

Maui staycation

Over all the room was great. A little out dated and needs a lot of fixing. Kitchen needs a lot of TLC and the 3rd step as you walk up to the loft area is very loose. My husband ended up falling twice because it’s so loose. The view of the ocean was amazing and a beautiful sight to see.

Invaded our privacy, still waiting for the callback and compensation promised to us

While the home was adequately cleaned and had some nice touches upon arrival, my experience with Vacasa was far from satisfactory. The lack of air conditioning made it almost impossible to sleep comfortably, as the noise from the waves was constant and disruptive. This issue was compounded by the fact that the unit was uncomfortably hot, even with fans running. To make matters worse, Vacasa scheduled a refrigerator delivery during our stay without proper notice. We were awoken from our sleep by a delivery person who entered the unit without our consent. The delivery took over an hour and a half, causing significant disruption to our day and vacation. During this time, their representative laid all of the blame on us for the situation, and we felt like we were being treated unfairly. Despite being promised compensation and multiple attempts to reach out to them, we were still waiting for a response at the time of this review. I found Vacasa's representatives to be unhelpful and unsympathetic to our situation, with a complete lack of consideration for its guests. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution against booking with this company in the future. While the home itself had some positive attributes, overall, my experience with Vacasa and this property was disappointing. I hope that by sharing my experience, others can make informed decisions and avoid the same frustrating and disappointing situation.

The pictures given on your site are expansed to give you impression of the space is larger. Sleeping seven people was trying at best. The place was well appointed, but was also well worn. The dryer worked three times and failed to work for the rest of our stay. Vacasa was called and sent out an associate to fix minor problems but had to call an appliance person to fix it. They had trouble getting a technician to fix the dryer during our stay. By the way, does the cost of your fee ,can I be compensated for not having a dryer to use for the 10 days I was out of use for the dryer? I stayed at this unit before and the picture have new and old pictures of the unit. The beach was not accessible to my wife. To access the beach, which was 5 feet down to access, was a ledge and a piece on concrete with a plastic step to the beach! This should be noted in your description because that was one of the reason we stay there. Please update. Knowing this I would have stayed elsewhere, Shame on you! I hope to hear from you, I will be VERY interested in your explanation of your lack of clarity for of information. The management told us that the erosion has been going on for YEARS! They have pictures on the building to show this! Please update pictures to show this. Hope to hear from you. Vicki and Steve

Won’t be back

The condo has severe ant infestation no matter how diligent we are with keeping garbage thrown away and food items off counters. We woke up late one night to a large cockroach in the hallway. The washer is broken and no one informed us prior to checkin. The door in bottom room has holes poked into the "screen". The screen door leading out to the balcony from lower bedroom is broken so we refuse to attempt to open it. Even a large hole in the lower room window screen that birds kept trying to come in. I'm 100% disappointed in this rental and this is our 4th time visiting the islands so we know what to expect. We reached out for help with our concerns and we were only contacted back less than 24 hours before the end of our trip. WAY TOO LATE to rectify things. Only thing that would make us feel better about the experience would be a refund.
