Got what we paid for
For the price we got what we paid for. The staff was helpful, friendly, and very accomodating. The rooms were dated, small shower, ac didn't work well and stopped working in the middle of the night. Very close to the train station, and restaurants near by.

Basic accommodation in a good location
A grim entrance and a dilapidated stairway leads to Annas House b&b. I was allocated a room in the annexe that was basic but clean with a comfortable bed, air conditioning, tv and en suite bathroom. Breakfast at an allocated time was adequate but felt rushed in the 30 minutes allowed. The room was quiet, reasonably priced, and ideally located for exploring Naples.

;00I chose Anna's Family because of its proximity to railway station and concierge available 24/7, but concierge was not speaking English AT ALL, so he was useless. Breakfast was very primitive and they assign you your time! (7:00, or 7:30,or 8:00... It was very uncomfortable!) I regret my choice, would not recommend it.

Good morning from Naples Marina,thank you for staying with us.If you consider the presence of a person to supervise the structure 24 hours to be useless, I assure you that it is not for us. Breakfast is very varied for the price paid, our buffet is sweet and savory with fresh fruit and freshly prepared hot drinks manually without the use of industrial machines.The time division is due to the fear that still exists in many people for assemblies, forgetting the historical period from which we are laboriously emerging is a bit selfish.A warm greetinsLuigi

Hotel cerca de Napoli Céntrale a 5 minutos caminando. Habitación grande y cómoda. Bañera pequeña pero funcional. Desayuno aceptable para comenzar el día. La impresión del hotel es fea, se ve abandonado y con mucho reguero y sucio la estructura. El caballero que recibe y atiende no hablé ni inglés ni español. Tuve más de una hora tratando de localizar el hotel porque con google maps no se pude. Llame para ayuda y no supo explicarme por no ser bilingüe. Explique la situación en la mañana al encargado y me comentó que era nuevo y era seguridad. No lo entendí pues si es seguridad me cobro el pago del hotel con tarjeta. Mi complejidad fue solo eso, Por lo demás todo bien, Accesible y varios restaurantes cercas.

I would have rated it excellent if the mattress had been more comfortable. The position is excellent next to the train station, the bus stop to the airport and the old town.

Really good.
Staff were fantastic. Able to drop baggage in early. Hassle free, fixed price airport transfer at any hour. onsite bar, very reasonable price. room was fantastic, clean, comfortable, aircon. Nice shared kitchen for cups of tea and the like. Central location, right next to the main Metro. Could not fault it.

24 hour check-in was great as Expedia advised no check-in after 8pm. Great coffee and friendly staff. Area was OK, had bad reports but a good location near the train station and easy walking distance of the old town. Some nice restaurants close by.

Reception is NOT 24/7
All in all it was excellent. My only complaint is that they told us there would be someone at the reception desk 24/7 which was not true. We stored our luggage there and when we returned to get it no one was there. By time the staff member finally returned there were 7 people just sitting outside waiting and we only made our ferry by the skin of our teeth. Otherwise it was a lovely room, and conveniently close to the train station.

We originally booked with Annas Family but had to be relocated in Annas Family Terrace round the corner Friendly, clean, efficient with 24 hour reception. The staff helped us with suggestions of places to visit. The common area had books in multiple languages. The outside of the building is not impressive but the security is good.

Living on former glories. Bed cover stank of smoke in a non-smoking room. Room was dirty and had holes in the walls. Best avoided.

Great and clean place in central Naples
Great place in central Naples. Although it was close to the station, we couldn’t hear all the buzz. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. I was surprised with the breakfast as there was lots of choices and proper coffee. Staff are really friendly and Anna herself is the most adorable lady! My only negative is the size of the shower box. It was tiny and narrow but it didn’t spoil the experience. It was a great place in the heart of Naples.

Sufficient breakfast, clean and tidy room, 5 min walk from the main station. Friendly helpful staff however city tax on website incorrect, shown as 1.5 Euro pp, charged 2 Euro pp, hotel tried to blame Hotels.com

Lovely, classic warm hotel in Naples.
Beautiful hotel right in the centre of Naples! The staff could not do enough for us and made us feel welcome at all times! They really do make an effort, from the moment we arrived to the moment we (sadly) had to leave, nothing was too much. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, Ours had a small balcony too. Rooms were cleaned and made every day, and the whole hotel was well looked after, clean and with lots of little extras, even free fruit and little snacks for you to have.

Not the best hotel in a shady neighbourhood
This "hotel" was tough to find and is in a very sketchy part of Naples. We booked a hotel near the train station as a place to sleep before carrying on to the Amalfi Coast. It was not worth the cost. Very dingy and the man who met us at reception spoke no English and was not welcoming. The room itself wasn't the worst but we were very thrown off with the overall feel of the place. The showers had poor pressure and seemed dirty. If we could go back we would have definitely paid a bit more and stayed in a better part of town and a better hotel.

Good place to stay
This hotel is one of those gems that you come upon suddenly. While it is not on a very confidence inspiring street, once you are inside, its a different world altogether. It all starts with the service, which is probably among the best I have found anywhere. Coming to the rooms, if you stay in the main part of the building then they are themed after different movies or stars. The rooms in the other wing are more modern but also have their own unique charm. We stayed in both types of rooms. Both our rooms had balconies and all facilities that one would expect from a good hotel, in fact the size of the bathrooms was also quite big. There is a separate common lounge and seating area as well with a selection of books and a TV. Breakfast was served in the separate dining area and was quite sumptuous. The hotel is also in a very convenient location and very close to the train, bus and metro station. In case you want to leave your luggage after check out and come back for it later, you can do that as well. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would love to go back.

Not very nice area but lovely rooms.
The B&B is deceiving outside, the entrance and streets are dark and the building and in general the whole area is dirty and left out. However we noticed this is a common issue in Central Naples. Rooms was clean and nice, bed was wide and comfortable. We loved the cookies left there in our arrival. Wi-Fi included which was great too. Air-con was fully functional and quiet. I really recommend this little B&B it is very close to the main train station. Staff is friendly and help us to take our suitcase upstairs (no lift unfortunately).

En general bien y atentos, sin embargo al legar el cuarto estaba muy caliente y el aire acondicionado NO trabajo. Lo reporte al día siguiente y al llegar en la noche continuaba de la misma forma. Imposible descansar en esas condiciones!!!

Mysigt ställe vid perfekt läge
Bra läge. Mysigt b&b med stort fint rum. Balkong på rummet och gemensamt utrymme med kyl. Väldigt trevlig värd som hjälper dig med vad du än behöver. Enda negativa var AC på rummet som inte gick under 25 grader, vilket inte gjorde så mycket nytta och därmed väldigt varmt på rummet nattetid. Skulle definitivt stanna här igen!
