Hotel muy cálido ubicado en el centro de Nápoles. Buen tamaño de habitaciones. Algo complicado para estacionar en la zona, pero se consigue.

Localización y servicio
Hotel maravilloso en el centro de Nápoles, es como un oasis. La atención del personal con mi familia ha sido espectacular también.

Hotel muy bien situado simo fuese por lo ruidosa zona que le rodea, ambiente de copas y música. Por lo demás, la atención del personal estupenda, desayuno excelente, limpieza superior y comodidad y ambiente de un hotel acogedor

Para mi gusto, un buen hotel. Tanto el hotel como la habitación eran pulcros y cuidados, aunque al entrarse por un patio interior de la casa, no lo parece tanto al llegar. El personal era sumamente amable, y el desayuno completo. La única pega que le encontré fue que, al menos en nuestra habitación, la ducha no tenía nada de presión (lo que hacía la ducha un poco dificil).

Bien situado, limpio y con buen desayuno. La piscina en Agosto en Nápoles se hace imprescindible.

Mar de tranquilidad en medio del caos
Se trata de un hotel perfecto para estar en medio del caos que es Napoles. El trato del personal muy correcto. La comodidad de las instalaciones hacen que el viajar en pareja, de negocios o en familia sea sencillo.

We stayed here for central Location and safe secure parking. Naples is a vibrant city and this was a nice oasis- staff very helpful and welcoming!

The hotel is tucked away off the street at the back of a condo or apartment complex. It’s modest but kept up well. Convenient to places of interest and a metro stop. Lots of bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. Great breakfast in the morning. Many guests like to use the outdoor area, which includes a pool. No amenities to speak of, but comfortable room.

Air conditioning dead …
At 27 degrees C air conditioning is no luxury at a hotel of this category. Windows can be opened but due to noise from the street not an option. To bad that management has made no efforts to fix the technical problem asap. And no recognition of the situation. We would have expected some sign of compensation.

Unbelievably incredible staff at the front desk and in the restaurant! They need a difficult beginning easy, (the airline lost our luggage! Took hours to file report, came in to the hotel late and tired), they were very accommodating, and generally cared about their guests. Very helpful!!!

Incredibly beautiful place in the middle of historic center of Napoli. A perfect example of a boutique hotel. The staff was sooooo kind and friendly and very competent too. The place is beautiful, the pool is beautiful. I would easily recommend this place to anyone. Breakfast was also nice and well balanced in variety. Thanks for an amazing stay Guys.

Must start off with the entire staff were amazing!!! Extremely accommodating and breakfast was delicious and fresh everyday (everything made daily including pastries). The room was good, a little dark and AC was a little weak. Water pressure was perfect. Suggestion - please add hair conditioner. Right outside of hotel, your choice of bars and eateries. We definitely recommend this place and will return when we go back to Naples.

This is like a little sanctuary in the middle of Naples! Tucked back in a court yard off the street. We loved it so much we stayed there again at the end of our trip before we flew out. Best Breakfast!

Great place to stay in an excellent location
This hotel is a peaceful escape in the busy centro historic district. excellent location, room was spacious, very safe (area is safe) lots of food and coffee close by. Staff was helpful. This is a small boutique hotel. Do not expect some grand entrance and large open floor plan. Is beautifully Italian, with art and furnishings that reflect this.

Nice but bad hair dryer
Have to go thru 2 security doors and hotel is back in a courtyard. My room was nice, the bed and pillows were comfortable. My only complaint is the cheap, worn out hairdryer that had no air blowing out, only heat.

This hotel is right in the museum district a quick walk to 2 metro stations and the Spanish Quarter. There are many fantastic restaurants and bars within a block of the hotel. We stayed one night while on the way from Rome to Capri and this was a fantastic base to see some of the Castles and Museums and have fantastic Pizza, Aperitifs. The hotel has a swimming pool, a breakfast area and the rooms are very clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful

A very nice hotel in the center of the old town. The service was perfect and the staff extreemely helpful. Walking distance to main shopping street Via Toledo. Close to subway and restaurant/bar streets. Quiet hotel in the middle of the city buzz. 👍

This must be the friendliest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were welcoming and incredibly helpful. When you arrive there’s not much to see, just a sign from the street but inside is a courtyard and a beautiful oasis of calm. Rooms are comfortable and aircon is good. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the courtyard is a lovely way to start the day. It’s a great situation too, right in the heart of the city.
