  • Step off your private elevator directly into 3,000+ square feet of luxury with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico, Turkey Bay, and Old Collier golf course. Your gulf-view sky villa features decorator finishes, including casually elegant furnishings to satisfy the most sophisticated visitors.

    As our guests, you'll enjoy all the amenities of a world-class resort including access to the members-only Floridian Club, a private beach club directly on the white sands of Vanderbilt Beach with delicious food, cocktails, a sparkling freshwater pool, and attendants to set up your chaise lounge, umbrella, and beach towels. Back at the Dunes, you'll have two more pools to choose from -- one on the terrace level of your condominium or the giant resort pool. Here you can dine poolside at the Tiki Bar or sample fare from the Club at the Dunes' brand-new clubhouse.

    Situated in the Grande Phoenician, part of the Grande Preserve section of The Dunes of Naples resort community, this condominium has an open floor plan with spectacular views from nearly every room and a large screened balcony where you can sip your morning coffee or watch the sun set over the Gulf. The master bedroom and guest suite each have a king size bed and en suite bathroom. The third bedroom has four beds: a twin with trundle and a bunk bed -- perfect for kids. (A crib and highchair can be made available for families with small children.)

    The kitchen, with granite counters, 42-inch stainless steel refrigerator, wine cooler, and gas range is perfect for preparing a gourmet meal or opening a takeout container from one of the dozens of close-by restaurants. Living is easy with flat screen TVs, washer and dryer, and wi-fi internet access. Just kick back and enjoy!

    Note: All rentals are subject to Property Owners Association approval and require a $400 application fee and $40 background check fee. International renters require a $100 background check fee.

    Rentals of less than 30 days are permitted; however, renters must complete a 30-day rental agreement to satisfy Property Owners Association. Only one rental is permitted during any 30-day period.

Wonderful Wintertime Getaway

We were fortunate to have spent the month of February in the Dunes Grande Phoenician and wish we could have stayed longer! The beautifully decorated unit was comfortable, spacious and well-equipped with everything we could have possibly imagined including an elevator that opens up directly into the 11th floor apartment! The mostly unobstructed views of the Gulf were spectacular and the building pool as well as the large community pool area with food and drink service were very convenient. We also opted to join the "Floridian Club" on Vanderbilt Beach, another perk of renting at the Dunes. Transported by a shuttle from our building, we could go for a day at the beach, cocktails at sunset or a nice meal always provided with excellent service. Our family joined us from the Michigan freeze for a long weekend and everyone ( 3 adults and 4 children) had the best time with all the amenities provided at the Dunes. The Weinbach family were great people to deal with and you won't find a nicer place to stay!

Truly a slice of heaven!

I'm an extremely picky traveler & after 17yrs vacationing in Naples, we've had our share of places that were very sub-par. This condo was perfect! Slightly modern, but cozy, TWO Kings beds (which is hard to find), fantastic location, gorgeous views, very large/spacious, clean & overall just top notch. Dan and his family are fantastic. They answer emails promptly & really cared about making our stay easy & enjoyable. Trust me, having owners that you feel comfortable renting from is VERY important. They were by far the best people to work with. The Floridian Club was the best beach experience we could have asked for. The shuttle comes twice an hour right outside the condo & you don't have to lug around beach towels or chairs, they provide it all. It's like a mini resort with full service of drinks & food right on the beach-worth every penny. LOVED IT! The condo is located near everything you need. Besides the shuttle, the beach is within walking distance or you can rent a bicycle from BeachBum rentals which will drop off & pick up right at the front door of the condo. We couldn't have asked for a better trip & for the 1st time in a long time, I hated to come home. I HIGHLY recommend this condo & we hope to rent here again.

Beautiful condo with amazing views and ammenities!

This is a beautifully decorated and very spacious condo! Very private and secure as well! Beautiful beach club access, and great amenities like well-equipped gym and and lovely bbq area. Nice people and beautiful beach! Overall great experience!

We love Naples and this condo!

We have rented this upscale attractively decorated and accessorized, comfortable, immaculate condo in a great location for two seasons and look forward to doing so next year as well! The owners are fabulous about keeping this Naples property in great shape and quickly and kindly taking care of anything that needs attention throughout our 3 month stay! The Dunes complex is wonderful ( excellent restaurants, exercise facilities, etc.), the concierge and dining staff so lovely and helpful, and the beach club is heaven! You would be lucky to spend some time in this condo enjoying the sunset views, the ambiance, and all of the fantastic amenities Naples has to offer! Be sure to visit Royal Scoop, favorite restaurants on Third Street South and Fifth Avenue, and Mercato with Silverspot Cinema and the also close by Pavillion Cinema. All in all a dream of a getaway! Any visiting family and friends will be comfortably accommodated and love it right along with you!

Exceptional Condo!

We rented this condo for 2 months and throughly enjoyed our stay. From the minute the elevator door opens into the condo you know you're in for a treat. The condo itself is very spacious & immaculate and the owners have put a lot of thought & effort into choosing high quality comfortable furniture as well as accessories & amenities, also well stocked kitchen, towels & bedding. It was our home away from home and the stay was a very pleasant experience. The Dunes location is excellent, we thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant, tennis and resort pool and of course the close proximity to the Gulf of Mexico. Look forward to another stay at this condo....

Summer in Naples at the Dunes

We had an amazing vacation this past week in Naples. Mostly in part of this gorgeous condo. It is amazing, Its fully equipped with everything and anything to make our stay enjoyable. I am so pleased with this condo that I will be booking this same condo for next years naples vacation. In addition to having all the amenities in this condo community, it also has a private beach club 4 minutes away. The beach club people treated us and took care of us delightfully. This is the first time a write a review on anywhere, not because we haven't stayed at great places, just because I don't usually take the time to write or read reviews. But I had to mention this place, It totally blew my mind. Hats off to the owners of this condo. They really took their time in making sure everything was awesome for us (the renters).

Amazing Condo in great location

We stayed in this unit and from the moment we entered into the unit from the private elevator we were all excited and the pictures do not do this unit justice. This condo has everything including the most comfortable beds and linens. Everything we needed was here, and the property is wonderful. We used the amenities and found the restaurant on site to be very good. We are very picky travelers and this unit does not disappoint in any way. If you are seeking a high end luxury place to vacation this is it, we will return. Dan is easy to deal with, and the owners care that your stay is a happy one.

Amazing Condo!! We Love this place!

Beautiful, well decorated and impeccably maintained condo. We stayed there for 10 days with my family of 5 and had a great time and had space for more. We had additional family come and stay with us and there was room for 3 adults and 5 kids comfortably. The beach access is a piece of cake and the shuttle service is very reliable and always on time. Plenty of restaurants and groceries nearby to stock the fridge, etc... My wife and I decided that we are absolutely never staying in a hotel with the kids again in Naples. This was just too convenient and too good of a deal.

Great Condo!

This condo has a wonderful feel of luxury in addition to being thoughtfully practical. The owners have thought of everything! It is spotless. The photos very accurately reflect what is there; and the owner was pleasant and helpful. Bedrooms were nicely appointed and large enough to be very comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped. Views are wonderful. I can't imagine anyone being disappointed here!

A Fantastic Vacation!

The pictures for this rental only tell half of how lovely and clean this property is. Everything is done to make sure you have an enjoyable and relaxing vacation. The owner was very helpful with all our questions and concerns and was so accomodating. We will definitely recommend this property and area to our friends and family.
