Casa de vacaciones Mezzocannone

Bonito apartamento, perfecto para una familia o un pequeño grupo de amigos.
Consta de dos áreas, ambas con entrepiso, una de día y otra de noche. En la sala de estar hay una cocina y una sala de estar con entreplanta, mientras que en la zona de noche hay un dormitorio en la entreplanta y un baño grande.
Una cama doble y una cama francesa están en el área de dormir, un sofá cama y una cama y media en la sala de estar.
Un balcón recorre toda la casa.
El apartamento está ubicado en el centro histórico de Nápoles (muy cerca de San Gregorio Armeno, San Domenico Maggiore, Santa Chiara, etc.), frente a la Universidad Federico II.
Es de fácil acceso tanto en transporte público como privado, un estacionamiento vigilado de pago está a menos de 100 m de la casa.
En Piazza Bovio se encuentra la parada de metro, a pocos minutos a pie y llega al puerto donde puede tomar ferries e hidroalas a las islas de Capri, Ischia y Procida, a la península de Sorrento y Amalfi.
El apartamento está completo con todo y está ubicado en un edificio histórico en una de las calles más antiguas y hermosas de Nápoles.

Estupendo

Éramos 3 amigos. Usamos cada uno una cama (2 camas dd matrimonio y una individual ancha todas muy cómodas .))Casa separada en 2 ambientes y con 2 alturas. Es tal como se ve en las fotos. Muy bonita y acogedora. Muy limpia. Nueva. Baño enorme y nuevo. Con todo lo q puedes necesitar. Bomba de aire caliente q funcionaba perfectamente. Ubicación perfecta. Andando a todos los sitios. Valentina la hermana de la propietaria muy amable. Os recomiendo este alojamiento. Sólo añadiría una tostadora!

Superbe appartement

L’appartement est superbe, très bien équipé confortable et meublé avec goût. On se sent très à l’aise, il est lumineux, propre et le balcon filant complète le charme qui y règne! Appartamento curato e funzionale in ottima posizione

Ottima esperienza per una famiglia. Due camere su soppalco (da 1,80 in sù si batte la testa ma non è opprimente e si sale solo per dormire) e un letto ulteriore. L'appartamento è arredato con cura. Bagno e cucina funzionali.

Malgré sa situation sur une rue achalandée, l'appartement est très silencieux, car il donne sur une cour intérieure. Près du métro et du centre historique.

Naples short stay

Comfortable and airy apartment, had everything we needed. Easy access to train station. Good grocery store only 5 minute walk and pleasant walking in the evening in the old town. We took 2 day trips using the trains, one to Pompeii and the other to Mount Vesuvius. Both well worth the visit. Another day we spent exploring Naples. Good location of the apartment for these activities.

Location was great!

Overall we were happy with the location and the property was fine. However, the beds were not very comfortable and the pillows were awful! The other downside was the shower. If you're short or if you baths it might not be as bad but pretty much every time we used the shower the bathroom was covered in water. It seemed till they got of every area of the shower and get all over the floor. There's no way to actually close the door. The little patio was nice. It would have been great if we could have opened the windows more almost but every time we did We had the smell of cigarette smoke coming in. The beds are on opposite sides of the apartment, one over the kitchen and one over the bathroom. I think it would probably be a nice place if you had kids as they had a lot of things for little children. Once again, if you're short, not a big deal, but the loft height of the ceiling was a little low so my husband almost hit his head a number of times when we were up in the bedroom. The check in process was pretty easy. All in all we were pleased with it, but if we ever came back I don't know if I would choose it again.

Excellent Apartment & Location

We really enjoyed our stay at this clean & comfortable apartment. It was quiet & convient to the sights & shopping. Metro just down the street & only two stops to train station.

Great apartment and location

Great apartment and location. Exactly as listed and pictures! Cute balcony with plants! Close to Universita metro (linea 1) to get around the city for 1.20 euros or you can walk! Grocery a 3 min walk up the street. I would stay here again next time I'm in Naploi!

Parfait !

L’appartement est parfait ! Spacieux, agréable, original avec ses 2 mezzanines. Il est également idéalement situé et en même temps au calme. Nous avons pu tout visiter à pied. Il faut compter 1/2h de marche pour accéder aux quartiers Sanita et Margellina. Le quartier espagnol, le centre historique et san Ferdinando sont à quelques minutes seulement.

Great place to stay in Naples

The apartment is comfortable, clean and spacious with good facilities and lots of storage space. Situated just a few minutes walk from sights, restaurants and other shops and food outlets, the train station is also easy to get to on foot for day trips to Pompeii, Sorrento etc. The street in front of the block is busy in the evenings but the apartment is well shielded from the noise and is quiet and relaxing. Valentina was easy to contact and very helpful and accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Brilliant location for a stay in this amazing, crazy city!

The property was in an amazing location for the old town and the port. As a previous review mentioned, you could be put off by your first impressions but fear not, it’s in a trendy area and graffiti is the norm. Once inside, it’s soo quiet..we overslept one morning as a result. One observation ( not criticism). Both beds are on mezzanine floors and the air con doesn’t travel up to the sleeping area. Being heat sensitive northern Europeans, we ended up buying a fan for 20 euros which sorted the issue out. Would highly recommend this “home from home”!

Absolutely delightful apartment in perfect location

When I met Valentina at the apartment, she showed me a beautifully and artistically decorated space with 4 French styled doors that opened out onto a full length balcony full of plants and flowers. Kitchen was wonderfully outfitted. Bathroom was large, modern and luxurious. Washer was handy and easy to use. And,,the owner left me a gift of snacks, drinks and fresh pineapple juice. The apartment is located right in the middle of the historic center of this fabulous city. Also it is a 10 minute walk to the hydrofoils that go to Capri and the Amalfi Coast.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days. At first we were not sure of the neighborhood but ultimately it grew on us. The apartment is only a mile from the train station and since we had multiple tours arranged we used Hotel Naples as our pick up spot, which is just down the street. There's a great bar downstairs and some good eats around the corner, grocery store down the street as well. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Manuela and Valentina were wonderful to work with. Would consider staying here again if ever in Napoli.

Superbe appartement en plein centre de Naples

L appartement est très bien agencé, vous y trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin .(2eme étage avec ascenseur).De plus il est situé dans le centre historique de Naples , et centré par rapport à tous les monuments de cette merveilleuse ville. Vous pouvez tout faire à pied. C est une location très cosy , tout est parfait. L'acceuil, la gentillesse de Valentina et les conseils de Manuela nous ont aidé à passer une très belle semaine. Grazie mille a tutte, les pâtisseries étaient délicieuses. Thierry, Karine, Clara.

APPARTEMENT DANS QUARTIER ANTICO

L'appartement est très agréable, l'hôtesse adorable. Seul bémol la voisine de l'appartement supérieur est très bruyante le matin ! L'accès le plus direct et le plus facile depuis la gare des bus jusqu'à l'appartement : bld Umberto (ne pas zigzaguer dans le quartier populaire)
