Tiene excelente ubicación, en plena vía Toledo, zona muy concurrida y segura. Se puede caminar a las zonas turísticas. El personal es excelente.

El hotel bien pero en un segundo piso poco visible. La ducha estaba mala y salpicaba toda el agua. El desayuno muy limitado poca opciones casi nada para elegir. Buena atención de las recepcionistas. Buena ubicación.

No está mal, pero la distribución es muy rara e incómoda. La entrada al edificio antiguo es un poco tétrica. Muy oscura y decadente. Me dio mucho miedo entrar.

Hotel muy recomendable por su excelente ubicación
El hotel cuenta con una excelente ubicación, puedes ir a pie a los lugares más embleméticos y además tiene una parada de metro al lado. Destacar el exquisito trato otorgado por su personal y la limpieza de la habitación.

Hôtel de Ville plutôt propre et accueillant. Mais -impossible de garer en voiture devant le hôtel, il faut payer les parkings privés à proximité (40€/jour) et porter ses valises dans les rues. - pas d accès direct avec ascenseur, il faut également porter ses valises (1 étage) - chambre avec fenêtre opaque donnant sur cour et poubelles. Seul le tarif est un élément positif.

Personale cortese edisponibile, stanza pulita. Situato in un punto ottimo per visitare la città, sia a piedi che con i mezzi pubblici che con taxi. Unico neo il terzo letto era simile ad una brandina molto scomodo.

Non fermatevi alla porta!
L’hotel si trova al secondo piano di un vecchio edificio che si affaccia sulla centralissima via Toledo, a 50 m dalle scale di accesso alla stazione metro della omonima via. L’accesso all’hotel è individuabile unicamente dal numero civico in quanto l’accesso è totalmente anonimo, se non fosse per una piccolissima targa presente sullo stipite del portone. L’accesso avviene in un androne condominiale piuttosto fatiscente (ma effettivamente al momento del nostro soggiorno una facciata laterale dell’edificio era in ristrutturazione. Si prosegue più verso le scale alla quale si accede attraverso un cancello. Superato il cancello si accede alle scale, dai muri scrostati e gli infissi vecchissimi. L’ascensore, anch’esso datato, porta al secondo piano, dal quale poi, per accedere al piano dell’hotel, bisogna scendere una rampa di scale (il piano di sbarco dell’ascensore non coincide con quello dell’hotel, quindi la struttura è inaccessibile a portatori di handicap). Varcata la porta a vetri dell’hotel sembra di entrare in un altro mondo, in un ambiente elegante e confortevole, con personale cortese e gentile.

We were put into a room with a tiny window covered by what can best be described as a prison grid. Asked to speak to the manager but he /she was never present in the hotel .Receptionists were very helpful .I would avoid this hotel

The staff was excellent, the building is hidden behind scaffolding as it is being renovated. The entrance was so frightening looking that I almost cancelled my reservation. It seemed very unsafe outside the hotel. The staff was excellent and compensated for the exterior appearance.

Don't spend your money there - cheap and noisy
First of all, I wonder how this hotel can be rated 4 stars since it looks like a 2 stars near a train station. The room we booked called "suite" is in fact an average room with a shower (not even a bathtub) with no view, on a small courtyard, super dark and with fake old style furniture. Also, there is a smell in the whole hotel and rooms of cheap synthetic fragrance, absolutely suffocating. The hotel is super noisy, no investment in quiet windows, so you can hear everything from the street nearby, in addition, customers don't have the keys of the building, so people have to ring 3 times : outside the door, down the building, and at the hotel, so the buzzer rings all night until the last client arrive. If you are sensitive to noise, forget it ! In other words, this is a very cheap hotel, pretending to be upscale, but it is not. The cherry on the cake was that Hotel was under constructions (not specified when booked) workers came on the building site at 5.50 AM in the morning, at my window, super loudly. I asked for a refund because this was unacceptable, the manager refused (even 50% of the night) - so the management consider normal to have clients awaken by people at their window a 5.50 and don't even make a gesture. Forget it, just don't go !

Central Location
We stayed for 4 nights in this quirky centrally located hotel. We had read it was hard to find so looked at street view pictures before arrival. The hotel promptly provided information about airport transfer options which was very helpful. The room was clean, air conditioned and very secure at night. The down side would be that the hotel is definitely not suitable for those with mobility difficulties as there are lots of steps and twists. Also as it is really a boutique hotel there are no catering facilities. We paid for breakfast but choice was very limited and not good value for money.

Quaint and comfortable
We were very impressed with the hotel. It was a little difficult to find due to construction going on around it but once you go up the lift and into the hotel we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel has a beautiful old charm about it and the staff were so accommodating and friendly. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We were very impressed with our stay here

Not a nice place to stay anymore
We stayed at this hotel in 2016 and left a fantastic review saying hospitality was second to none, this is not true anymore. The helpful and hospitable front desk lady has left and that changes the atmosphere at this hotel completely. We were given the most strangest awful hotel room we had ever stayed in with not window in the sleeping area, with stairs going down to the bathroom and a wardrobe where there was a small window looking out to the inside courtyard with no light coming in. It was horrible! We spoke to the front desk lady with shoulder length dark hair (who had an attitude problem! if she didn't want to hear what you were saying she would pretend not to understand and look at you with discontent), requesting another room and were told this was a normal room and there wasn't any others available (we booked in before 12.00 noon). We were offered another room with a window for our last two nights at 75 Euro, we declined and will never return to this hotel.

The hotel is 2 floors up through a scuzzy delapidated hallway with basic lift that doesn’t stop on hotel floor and no cleanliness. Lobby is great but room needs redecorating. Faded paint and awful colour. Other customers noisy at 1am. bed is extremely hard and uncomfortable. Shower is a dribble. Breakfast terrible unless you are okay with museli. Hotel location is difficult. It’s above shops In town and in pedestrian area, no direct drop off. Only good for a one night stop if anything.

Correct avec quelques déceptions
Hotel situé dans un viel immeuble délabré en cours de rénovation à en croire les échaffaudages devant la façade donnant sur la rue Toledo. Accueil et propreté très correct. Chambre assez petite (par rapport à ce que les photos de présentation pouvaient promettre. rénovation des chambres assez récentes donc correct dans l'ensemble mais il ne faut pas regarder les finitions. séjour de 3 nuits correct dans son ensemble excepté gros souci d'eau chaude pour la douche car parfois inexistante ou débit/pression très insuffisant. Un peu déçu dans l'ensemble pour un hotel qui se veut 4 étoiles (même italien). Napoli fantastique !!

Lanfipe: ottimo il personale, le camere meno
Hotel in pieno centro di via Toledo. Il personale è stragentile e cortese, da questo punto di vista ineccepibile. Con noi sono stati carinissimi, anche per i bagagli dopo il check out. Le camere sono piuttosto umide, una con una finestra veramente minuscola.
