Park Shore Resort hermoso condominio de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños

Hermoso condominio en un resort tropical! Este condominio es parte del hermoso complejo Park Shore, un complejo de diamantes AAA 3. La unidad fue renovada en 2018. Excelentes vistas y la mejor ubicación. Hermosos azulejos modernos en todo. Este complejo cuenta con una exuberante vegetación tropical, arroyos y cascadas, una gran piscina climatizada, bañera de hidromasaje y zona de barbacoa. El complejo también cuenta con canchas de tenis, pickle ball y balonmano y un gimnasio. Fantástica ubicación con la playa y muchos restaurantes excelentes cerca.

Este condominio es una unidad de lujo de 2 dormitorios con impresionantes vistas desde la terraza. El acceso a la unidad es por un tramo de escaleras (no hay ascensor). Cada habitación tiene su propio baño completo y vestidor. La moderna cocina está totalmente equipada con estufa, microondas, lavavajillas y encimeras de granito nuevas. Hay una lavadora y secadora en la unidad.

Hay una piscina, bañera de hidromasaje y gimnasio.
El restaurante del hotel, el Island Gypsy junto a la piscina, está abierto durante la temporada.

Estoy disponible durante su estadía para cualquier pregunta o recomendación. ¡La recepción del Resort también es una excelente fuente de información!

Wonderful condo

This is the second time we’ve used Lauren’s condo and it’s a perfect place to stay! Wonderful location and nice, clean condo. I highly recommend her place!

Convenient location

This property is very conveniently located right in the heart of Naples. The owner was very responsive to all of our questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Naples Getaway

Lauren's property was perfect for our family vacation. The condo was spotless and had all the necessary amenities. The Tommy Bahama beach chairs, sand toys, cooler and umbrella were a fantastic touch. We would definitely stay here again on a return visit to Naples!

Perfect

Everything was great - very nice upgraded unit in PSR - very clean and well stocked (including beach chairs, umbrellas and towels!). Good communication with host - check-in was easy. As for PSR - great location (beach, grocery store, restaurants) and great facilities (on site restaurant, grills, pool). Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo

The condo was absolutely as described. Very tastefully decorated and comfortable. Also is in a very convenient and quiet location. Whenever I had any questions, Lauren answered in a timely manner. We have already booked her condo for our next stay!

Amazing place

This unit has everything you need for your stay in Naples! The owner is very communicative and helpful to answer all questions. It was very clean upon arrival and is stocked with everything you could possibly need- beach chairs, toys, extra linens, extra toiletries! The notebook of detailed information on the property and area was a nice added touch! We will for sure stay here again on our next visit.

Four day stay

We really enjoyed Park Shore Resort. The pool, restaurant, parking and overall unit was wonderful. No late noise to worry about. It was 1/2 mile from a terrific Catholic Church. It was so close to several nice beaches with lots of parking. We really enjoyed watching the turtles in the water and muscovy ducks.

Lauren’s Condo

We were very pleased with our choice of Lauren’s condo at the Park Shore Resort. The unit was very clean and fully equipped with everything you would need in the kitchen, dining room, and living room. Nice big TVs. All the beach equipment you would need - chairs, umbrella, and noodles. Tge unit is close to the main club house and wonderful Hogfish Harry’s restaurant.

Great stay, beyond expectations

All went as planned, check in was excellent- we had keys and access cards with in 5 minutes of arrival. Kitchen fully stocked with utensils, nice appliances and included a brita full of water in fridge. Beds very comfortable, TV in each bedroom and living room. nice pool/hut tub area. easy walk to beach , close to groceries and a variety of good restaurants in easy walking distance. truly enjoyed our stay - we never contacted host- never had a question from check in to check out

Paradise in Florida

After a cancelled trip to St Lucia due to weather we decided to book a last minute trip Naples. Lauren was so easy to work with and very prompt with responses which allowed us to get to Naples within hours of booking the condo. The unit was impeccable and well stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation. This was our second time staying at the Park Shore Resort and we will be returning again next year. The grounds of the resort are beautiful, we enjoy evening walks around the resort and sitting on the balcony listening to the relaxing waterfall. The resort is close to everything, we really enjoy Clam Pass beach which is only a 5 minute drive, Publix is walking distance and there is a great choice of restaurants, our favorite is Hog Fish Harry’s which is on the grounds of the resort. We are looking forward to returning next year!

Building A, PSResort

We have stayed at the Park Shore before . The location is great. I had not realized how many stairs were involved, 17 , I believe. The condo was supplied with everything you could need from dishes to beach chairs to towels etc. I think the condo needs updating. The screen door was old,and moldy and the bottom plate was missing, not to be replaced until the summer which meant we could not leave the screen door open. The washing machine always had to be banged on the lid to keep it going. The furniture is rather dated particularly the small table on the lanai. I am not a fan of felt as a blanket. The couch really needs to be replaced. It served our purpose and the air conditioning worked well. When I explained that the shower door would not slide and I had to enter and exit beside the toilet, I received no response.

Walked into a clean wonderful scented room. Everything was wonderful, walk to dinner, breakfast and there will be a new Publix opening soon. The onsite restaurant is a local favorite, order the key lime pie. The pool is very clean and recently renovated. We will come back

As advertised! Great stay!

Feedback for VRBO Keys wasn't coded correctly but the front desk was on top of getting recorded without delay and followed up to make sure that the recoding worked. I thought that I was smart and rough some coffee from my cupboard at home only to find that it wasn't my Bride's favorite but I was thrilled to find Folgers in the unit. Little cracked bowl completely broke Enjoyed the pool and happy hour at Hogfish Harry's, Manda was a great bartender & server, she followed up on the table, paid attention and upsold us to get a huge carrot cake dessert. Great updated Condo!

Lauren's condo at the park shore resort was very nice. It was completely remodeled, super clean and had all the amenities you need during vacation. The Tommy Bahama beach chairs were great, much better quality than some of other chairs I've found at other properties. Everything was great. The only downfall was some noise from the delivery trucks that deliver goods to Hog Fish Harry restaurant, they came almost daily and at times pretty early and it was pretty noisy. I mentioned this to the front desk and they said they were going to address it with the restaurant GM. The condo itself was great. Lauren also replies right away. I didn't have to reach out to her during our stay other than once for a small question and she got back to me almost immediately.
