Located in the beautiful residential area of Torre Lapillo (Località Boncore) is the charming and inviting Villa NoIrè, just 900 meters from the sea and only 5 km from the center of Porto Cesareo.
Recently built (2017), beautifully finished, and equipped with every comfort, it is the ideal place to spend a pleasant and peaceful vacation.
You can relax in the large private garden, enjoy an aperitif outdoors in the living room, or simply sunbathe in the afternoon or gaze at the stars from the comfortable lounge chairs on the lawn.
The villa has a separate entrance with ample parking on the property.
It consists of an entryway/living room with a kitchenette, an external refrigerator, and a convenient pantry; 1 bedroom with a double bed; 1 bedroom with a loft-style closet, 2 single beds, and a 3rd pull-out bed that can occasionally be converted into a double bed, and 1 bathroom with a large shower and mood lighting.
Outside, there is also a comfortable veranda with a wooden gazebo, furnished with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, or a pleasant dinner in the moonlight
, all set within a large, well-lit garden.
The outdoor area features a shower with very comfortable hot water for when you return from the sea, and at the rear, an additional paved terrace of about 40 square meters with an adjoining laundry area (a washing machine, sink, and large clothesline are available to guests).
The villa is tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, professional hair dryer with diffuser, washing machine, clothesline, TV, air conditioning, and mosquito nets in every room, as well as dishes and cookware.
Villa NoIrè enjoys a strategic location in a great neighborhood that’s also well-served by public transportation:
just 900 meters from the most famous beaches of Torre Lapillo, where the area’s most famous beaches alternate with public beaches, and just 200 meters away from essential services such as a market, gas station, tobacco shop, newsstand, pharmacy, and medical services.
