Enjoy an ocean view from the living room, dining room, 1st floor deck, 2nd floor front bedroom and 2nd floor balcony.

This home has many modern amenities to make your leisure time enjoyable. If you like the outdoors, there is over 700 square feet of deck to lounge on and a large yard for game playing with the family. To keep the beach sand on the outside, there is a hot and cold shower in back yard for your convenience. The home is within walking distance of many restaurants or a short drive to others. Roger Wheeler State Beach & Scarborough State Beach are each a mile away with Salty Brine State Beach two miles away. Aunt Carrie's, Iggy's, Spain and Chair 5 are all within short walking distances of the home!

To keep things clean during your stay, there is a washer and dryer on the ground floor. Also a central vacuum system throughout the house.

The outside deck features large gas grill for barbecuing, patio table with six chairs, two lounge chairs and a beautiful view of the open Atlantic Ocean.

If you prefer a place to hide for a bit, sit on the upper balcony and stare out at the beautiful ocean and watch the ships slowly sail by.

1st Floor Features:

Kitchen has oven/range, dishwasher, microwave, side-by side refrigerator with ice maker, pots/pans, coffee maker, toaster oven and dishes/flatware.

Dining room has seating for six with ocean views from this location.

Living room has two couches, and one easy chair. Also, a 65″ Smart TV, Youtube TV and WIFI Internet Service throughout the home.

Master Bedroom has one queen size bed, reading lamp, bureau, ceiling fan, two large closets, a 50″ Smart TV with YouTubeTV and Local/Internet channels , (towels, linen, pillows and blankets are not provided).

Master Bath has a bathtub with shower, large vanity and linen closet.

2nd Floor Features:

The front bedroom has a queen-size bed, double closets, ceiling fan, Smart TV with YouTubeTV, Local & Internet channels, WiFi, and private balcony looking out over the Atlantic Ocean, (towels, linen, pillows and blankets are not provided).

The back bedroom has two double beds, double closets, WiFi and ceiling fan, (towels, linen, pillows and blankets are not provided).

Between the two bedrooms is a full bath with large vanity, linen closet and shower.
