  • Our home Is 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house, minutes from both Sand Hill Cove (1.25 miles away) and Scarborough (2 miles away) beaches. The house is on the end of a dead end street with a large yard, offering plenty of parking and privacy. House includes central air, cable, wireless Internet, washer & dryer, and a 2 car garage. There is also a large deck with a grill, deck furniture, and an outdoor shower. The house sleeps 12 in 5 bedrooms and has the ability to sleep 1 more in a common downstairs room. All Beds are Queen sized.

    Outside we have a fire pit.

Summer in Narragansett

Location was great. House is a little worn out, but my family enjoyed our time at this property. Area has lots of sidewalks, so we were able to walk down to Point Judith and many restaurants.

Incredible beach rental

Brendan, the premier host, was wonderful, caring and attentive! Beautiful home for family get togethers!! We enjoyed the privacy and land space

Spacious house on quiet, dead end.

Love our stay here! 5 bedrooms, 2 full baths & outside shower. Large deck & 3 season room. Window unit AC in livingroom & 3 upstairs bedrooms. 2 car garage & lots of parking on street. Playground and fire pit in large backyard.

Great vacation home.

The location is perfect, the house is huge, clean and pet friendly. Dead end and very quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was all new. AC everywhere and the owner Brendan was very responsive. We had zero issues and would highly recommend staying here, especially if you have a large family. Thanks for everything.

Great location, ample space

Lots of space and location make this a great beach house stay. Could use some updating, but air conditioning in bedrooms, smart TV in living room, and ample space made it very comfortable for our family of 4. Musty in basement bedrooms (not good for daughter with asthma), but upstairs was fine. Outdoor shower was awesome. Sunroom was an awesome space, but ceiling fan needs to be fixed to make space useful on hot days. Brendan was very nice and responsive!! Recommend for large party/family looking to crash near the beach.

Exceeded expectations!

This house was perfect for our stay in Narragansett. The location is fantastic - on a very quiet dead end road and only minutes from the beach. The yard is well kept and huge. The deck is awesome for enjoying a morning coffee. Plenty of space for our family of 4 and our dog. The house was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen has recently been updated and is really nice. The whole house is very comfortable and worked out perfectly for us. The host was exceptional throughout the entire process and answered questions quickly. We accidentally locked ourselves out early in our trip and he responded with help within minutes of contacting him. So glad we found this spot and highly recommend!

Pet friendly location

We found this property to be appropriate for our purposes. The proximity to all amenities in the area and the ability to have our dog with us on our vacation were the two top priorities. The walkability to the beaches wasn't as easy as I had hoped. But I loved the private location in the neighborhood. All in all, it served the purpose for our group.

Senior Trip

Me and my friends stayed for the week and it was one of the best experiences we’ve all had!! The house smelled and looked cleaned as soon as we walked in and everything was very well directed and organized. We loved how it was in a quiet neighborhood with a lot of trees which helped with our own privacy. I would definitely come back here again.

Great Location; Lots of room

This house has lots of room for our party of 12. Quiet street and huge lot. Our favorite room was the sun room. We even got greeted by hummingbirds. The location is great as the beaches are super close and the market is only a few minutes away. Owner communicated early beforehand and all throughout. Concise, accommodating and kind!

Perfect for our getaway!

This home was perfect for our large family and friends getaway. Only minutes to multiple beaches, property is tucked away at the end of a dead end road with lots of land for yard games! Great deck and three season porch connect to make a great outdoor space for dinners and relaxing. We will be back!

Our stay in Narragansett was an absolute delight. Brandon was extreme helpful in coordinating our check in and check out. He even went above and beyond when there were some items left in the house. Couldn’t be happier!

Spectacular House in a Beautiful Location

We rented this property for a family vacation (our parents + six siblings and their partners + two lovely dogs) and we absolutely adored this house and its neighborhood! The three season room was the main hub for morning coffee, puzzles, and enjoying meals together. We loved relaxing on the deck to soak up the morning sun and to gaze at the stars in the night sky. The Sunday farmer's market at the Memorial Park was a five minute walk away and a wonderful way to spend the morning and pick up some local produce. Everything about this house is awesome! There were clean dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived and plenty of cookware and tupperware to use during the week. The host is very attentive and makes sure that your stay is as carefree as possible. He even refilled the gas for the grill when it ran out! The neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. This house is at the end of the street, so the back yard is very large and offers lots of privacy. The fire pit is perfect for roasting marshmallows for s'mores! All in all, this property is a gem and it was a pleasure to rent this place for a week of family time. Do yourself a favor and spend some much needed away time in this gorgeous place. We will definitely be back to the beautiful Narragansett!!!!

Week away from home

Everybody enjoyed the outdoor shower and the 3 season room was great. My grand daughters enjoyed the large back yard with the swing/play gym and the local rabbit that shows up twice a day.

Extremely comfortable

The Owners of this house are very friendly and helpful making the rental process easy. The house is large , clean and comfortable. We are a large family with 2 dogs that had enough room to rest and relax.only seconds to the beach and minutes to the Pier. The children enjoyed the new playground and the adult enjoyed the horseshoe pits. We all enjoyed the fire pit. We are all looking forward to our next vacation rental at this house.

Awesome house

We really enjoyed the house, especially the patio and the outdoor bath. That's where we spent most of our time. The food in the nearby areas was good too. Brandan was an awesome guy. He answered every question I had with the place quickly and completely. I would defiantly recommend this place.

Not your typical beach house!

We absolutely love this house because it has all the comforts of home in a nice quiet neighborhood. 5 bedrooms & 2 full baths plus an outdoor shower, beautiful backyard with a fire pit, large deck & 3 season room. A/C units upstairs & cable/wifi. Minutes from the beach & downtown Narragansett. We've been renting several years & look forward to many more!

GREAT WEEK

Friends, family and myself had a fantastic time on our Rhode Island trip this year. The house has the perfect layout to entertain and party, to relaxing on a rainy day. The home owners are excellent to work with aswell, helping with anything we needed. Would strongly considering coming back next year
