“Late check in was not a problem. Staff was extremely friendly when we arrived and even gave us some helpful travel tips for the area. The Breakfast Corner was nice in the morning with bagels and juice. The room was clean and had all the amenities we could have wanted (and they all worked). AC/Heat was easily adjustable to comfort. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. View of the ocean was amazing. We would stay here again.”

“Excellent location right across from the water, walking distance to beach, about 10 minutes. Food in the restaurant was excellent and they had a nice happy hour. The free breakfast had oatmeal, yogurt, bagels, english muffins, pastries, granola bars, coffee, tea. Our stay was very quiet except for being able to hear our neighbors upstairs walking around. Would love to stay here again. ”

“Great place to say … three bedrooms….slept six perfectly… walked to Narragansett town beach very easy walk literally 0.7 miles…drive and parked due to chairs/umbrellas etc…clean…. Large dining table for eating or to play games… air conditioners in all rooms kept place nice and cold which is sooo valuable! Great communication with owners with my questions. Would definitely recommend!!”

“Very pleased. House had nice details and an abundance of useful accessories. I usually bring my own knives but it has plenty of sharp knives for cooking. I usually bring my speaker but it has Sonos connected throughout - even outside. I usually bring a coffee maker but the place has 3 different types! Drip, cups and an espresso maker. While I usually don’t give second thought, the ice maker in the house makes me want to buy that kind. An abundance of beach towels at the ready. Fussball,...
