“We have been returning customers for over twenty years. However, this time we were put in a room which we felt was too small and we considered inadequate. There was no room to put our suitcases, there was no wardrobe and the short rail provided had only two hangers. There was no easy chair where one could sit and read, also the room was too hot and the thermostatic valves on the radiators did not work. We were booked and paid for three nights, but left after only two. Sadly we are very unlikely...

“As I find stairs difficult with luggage, and no lift, staff were helpful and changed my room from 1st floor to ground. Staff were pleasant but bar service could be improved. The waiter was covering the kitchen and bar. He walked past me twice, while I stood at the bar, but I still had to open the door to the kitchen, and call, I had to ask for ice and lemon, but didn't get the lemon, it didn't seem available. Just small things really but could be improved. ”
