The house is nice, has ant issues tho, they got in our food on counter. We arrived on Sat night, with bar on corner had to park way down the block since we can’t use driveway, the rest of the time we could park in front of house tho. Description never mention bedrooms are ALL upstairs. Our 10 year old doodle really struggled with the steep wooden stairs. All in all not a bad place tho.

What a fantastic rental and host! We truly loved everything about this place. The host was extremely responsive, accommodating, and checked in to make sure we were happy—truly top-notch hospitality.Although we didn’t get to enjoy the rooftop balcony due to the cold weather, we definitely plan on returning and would absolutely rent this place again. The home is beautiful and modern, and while the photos are accurate, they honestly don’t do it justice—it’s even more impressive in person.The space is huge, offering plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The fully fenced yard was a huge bonus and much appreciated by both us and our dogs. The beds were incredibly comfortable and even smelled amazing!When we first booked, we had some concern about there being a tenant on the same property; however, they live in a completely separate building and it was not a hindrance in any way.The location is excellent, just a 15–20 minute drive to downtown. The neighborhood felt safe and was easy for walking the dogs, and we loved having a great Mexican restaurant and a Smoothie King just a short walk away. Overall, an outstanding stay that we highly recommend!

our stay was perfect!! the home was clean, well appointed (they even provided coffee, sugar, creamer, & spices for cooking!!) & in a great location.......we were close to restaurants & bars & a cool retro mini shopping area. we will definitely stay here again when visiting our son in nashville again.

Great place in east Nashville!

We will definitely stay here again. We came to see our daughter perform at CMA fest and the location was perfect. Lots of space and beds were comfy. Easy to uber everywhere. Communication was great with host.

Nice Location in East Nashville

Nice location with easy access to downtown and the Opry, good food options nearby. Nice yard for the dogs to roam around in. The house has a lot of space to relax, and the rooftop patio is a nice option. Host was very responsive and worked to get us in early.

Perfect in every way!

We use VRBO 1 to 2 times a month as we require a lot of travel with our business. We are also in Nashville a lot so we have stayed in over 10 VRBOs. This home was absolutely perfect for us. Location to many of our favorite restaurants in East Nashville, easy drive to downtown, groceries just down the street. Home was very clean, loved the backyard and the beds slept great! We will absolutely stay here again. Host was wonderful.

Great stay in Nashville!!

The property was exactly as described, on a very quiet street! We loved the fully fenced yard for our dog. The house had everything we needed for our stay, and especially liked the roof top deck with a view of downtown Nashville. We had a very quick stay- we were touring Vanderbilt, but I would definitely pick this house again for a longer visit!!

Beautiful home

We really liked this home! The home was in a great location with lots of places walking distance. The roof top had a beautiful view and we only wish it was a little warmer so we could have enjoyed it more. We had a couple of little issues but was very impressed with the quick response from the host!

Our stay was perfect! The house is beautiful, right next to the city in a neighborhood that is up and coming! The property owners are very gracious and respond to any questions/requests immediately! Cannot wait to go back next time im in Nashville.

Wonderful accommodations and host!

The home was clean, very comfortable and spacious! We loved the rooftop desk for sipping our coffee in the morning and enjoying the views. Our host was amazing, and very receptive when we had a question! 5 stars! We will definitely be back!

Great location only a couple minutes away from the beautiful Downtown Nashville.

I cannot wait to return to Nashville with my family for another fantastic time. The place looked exactly like it did in the pictures and I will definitely stay here again. It is super close to everything and very spacious for the whole family. I would 100% recommend this property. Thank you!

Can’t say enough positives about the property and the experience. I am a frequent VRBO renter, for both business and personal, and this is one of the best. This was a personal rental, but will return later in the year for business

Great Thanksgiving weekend stay! Cosy and comfortable. Highlight sunset toast on rooftop deck. Nashville highlight in general was rooftop drink at LA Jackson for views across the city, then dinner at Marsh House, both in the Thompson Hotel.

Relaxing Nashville stay

Lovely modern home with a convenient location and comfy beds. My friends and I had an easy drive to Broadway, Grand Ol Opry, and area restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised to find great places to eat very close by without going into the city. Amy made our stay a pleasant one.

Nice Visit

Enjoyed our stay in nashville. This property was clean and just as pictured. We got to all the sights we wanted to see easily and enjoyed the time in the house in between. The fenced yard was a bonus for our pup too!

Nashville Home with Wonderful Rooftop View

Great location a short drive from downtown Nashville. There was plenty of space for four of us. The house appeared clean and well organized. We did have a few snafus with a missing television remote control the first night and no WiFi connection the following night. We also saw a couple of roaches when we came home from dinner on the second night. I contacted Amy immediately and asked for her to send a pest control company out asap and she did send them to spray the next day. Unfortunately, this still left us feeling a bit on edge. We also had an electrical outage for about an hour in the morning. Although it was a nice house, I can’t say that it was a relaxing vacation due to having to communicate with Amy on so many issues.
