The house was very spacious and nicely decorated. This was a great location if you wanted to spend time in The Gulch, on Broadway or visit 12 South. It was very easy to get an Uber and a short ride to each of these locations. The host was very responsive prior to our visit and with any questions I had.

Parking area great. Clean. Balcony was nice. Spacious. There were a few things that were not working/missing, elevator, ice maker, hair dryer but we made due without them. The hose was extremely responsive.

Stayed here for 4 nights with family for my wife's 50th birthday. The place was just as described and we could not have been happier. The location was great as we were able to walk to shops and restaurants nearby and Broadway if you don't mind walking a bit. Neighborhood was orderly and did not feel unsafe at any time even walking back later. The elevator was fantastic as we had as my inlaws stayed on 3rd floor and didn't need to traverse the steps. Having access to a garage was also very nice. The host was very responsive. Would stay again and recommend.

Perfect Place For A Nashville Getaway

Everything about this property was perfect for our family trip to Nashville. A short walk to the Gulch and Uber rides to all Nashville attractions. The home was very clean and we enjoyed the rooftop for a night cap. Will definitely rebook next time we come to town.

This property is gorgeous. It has a great layout that's very spacious. The upper balconies give great views of the city and surrounding neighborhoods. The rooms are large and extremely modern. The bathrooms are huge. Very happy to be able to stay somewhere that is truly within walking distance of some of the best spots in Nashville; Vanderbilt, Music Row, the Gulch and it's about 30 mintue walk to the beginning of Broadway.

Birthday group to Nashville

The home was perfect for our large group. Many great features from all the spacious gather rooms to the amazing roof top deck. Large kitchen for entertaining and food prep. Great bedroom and bathroom spaces. Little walk to any activities but weather was good so the walk was nice! Definitely 5star! Would stay again

Great location and well stocked

Property is at a great location and has adequate space for hanging out and sleeping. The wifi was spotty and there was an ant problem (but likely seasonal due to the rain/spring weather). Luckily we were eating much at the house, but the one time we got takeout the ants were out like crazy.

Nice Place

The sinks and showers were somewhat clogged. I sent a online message. A bit later someone knocked on the door saying he was there to fix the issue. I looked back at the message and there wasn't a response telling me there was a person on their way to fix it. It was nice the issue was fixed, however, it would have been nice to be made aware there was someone coming to fix it. So a gentlemen showing up on the doorstep wouldn't have been a surprise. The kitchen doesn't have much in way of cooking supplies so made it difficult to make a meal. Otherwise it is a wonderful place: clean, great location, and safe neighborhood.

Amazing beautiful property!

This place was perfect - definitely a lot of thought went into the design and finishes in every room. Especially loved the outdoor patio with a TV to drink coffee in the morning. Walking distance to Broadway ~25 min or 5 minute uber ride. Can't wait to come back!

Beautiful and Spacious!!!

We loved this property! We were three couples spending July 4th weekend together. Each couple had their own bathroom and ample, comfortable sleeping arrangements. The main living area was perfect in that there was plenty of space for us to comfortably hang out on the two large sectionals. Everything was extremely clean and the owners were nearby, attentive and accommodating. I would not hesitate to recommend this property! Thank you!

This place wowed us from top to bottom. The rooftop deck is the highest in the neighborhood and has an incredible skyline view. Comfortably slept a group of 12 of us. Clean comfy beds, large bathrooms, luxury showers, walk in closets, giant kitchen island, multiple balcony decks. Walking to and from downtown was completely doable (20ish minutes and non-sketchy neighborhood), which was my only concern when booking. The Gulch was a 5min walk at most as well. You can’t go wrong with this place it had everything we needed and more. Total gem, can’t wait to go back!!!

Annual Golf Gathering

We were a group of 8 family/friends that meet annually for our golf trip. We couldn’t have been more warmly welcomed and accommodated anywhere else. The house was beautiful and we enjoyed games, movies and the rooftop sunsets. Thank you so much!

Family Girls trip

This property is beautiful and spacious. We loved sitting out on the upstairs deck and the bedrooms and bathrooms are great too. Everyone got good nights of sleep so they could enjoy the days and evenings on Broadway.

Very nice

Daughter turned 21 so took her and some of her friends. 10 of us total. House was even better than expected. Only draw back was we where there during the worst snow storm and cold in decades so walking was not an option. Taxes and lift Uber where very expensive just to go 1.5 miles downtown. Would stay here again no problem.

Great home!!

House was beautiful, very clean and well appointed. Great for a large group the elevator is a “God send” for anyone with ambulation issues as there are alot of stairs. Only concern was location as it was quite a distance from downtown. 30 min walk or a 10 minute ride with Lyft
