Found both dead and alive bugs throughout the room. Pictures were taken years ago as the property has none of the same furniture and the courtyard has not been upkept. Smelled musty and moldy when we got there. Found mold in the AC unit in the bedroom. Didn't look like it was cleaned. Sheets were questionable. Kitchen didn't match pictures at all. Felt unsafe.

The property looked nothing like the VRBO photos. The vestibule and halls were dirty, the floors were worn, and the room smelled strongly of mold as soon as we entered. The walls were peeling with visible water damage. Dead insects were on the counters and throughout the suite, and the counters themselves were dirty. The bed had hair in it and what appeared to be dead insects on the pillows. The bathroom towels were old, stained, and ratty, and only one face towel was provided despite a two‑person, two‑night reservation. We immediately called the emergency number. The first response we received was, “Did you expect a hotel,” which was unprofessional and dismissive. We were offered new sheets and another trailer, but after seeing the condition of this unit, we no longer trusted the cleanliness or accuracy of their listings. We requested a refund and were told to speak with the manager on Monday. The manager stated they would only refund one night because they had offered alternatives. This is unacceptable. To be clear: the VRBO listing is misleading. The furniture, countertops, bedding, and towels were completely different from the photos. The towels even had stains resembling human excrement. This was false advertising and an unsanitary, misrepresented property.

There are only dishes for 2 people. The bathroom lights are on the outside wall of the bathroom. So if you haveto use the light before someone gets up. You'll be waking them up with a light because you have to open the door. The bathroom door has no latch to shut the door all the way. There is not a way to cook food besides a microwave (yuck, who is ok with earing like that)! All in all it is a decent room but it is quite expensive for what you get!
