Christmas in Nashville

Pros: Both townhouses were very clean, nicely decorated, beds were comfortable and kitchens well stocked with tableware, pots, etc. Each Garage can fit two cars.Cons: 6 car windows were busted on the street just outside our rentals. After filing a police report (for our 3) we were told to leave our vehicles unlocked and to be sure all valuables were removed. Beyond the fact that we had to replace windows in our 3 vehicles that remained on the street they were additionally ransacked each night.Conclusion: If you can fit all your cars in the garage it would be a nice place to stay.

Guys Golf trip

Houses matched listing to a tee. Very clean, modern, and rooftop decks were great. Important to be aware of surrounding neighborhood but we felt 100% safe the entire time and we would absolutely stay there again. Highly recommend!

Work Getaway

Great stay. The buildings were spectacular honestly. Relatively close via Uber to get anywhere we needed. And the neighborhood was nice and quiet even though we stayed in the weekend. Would definitely recommend for bigger groups.

21st Bday Bash

The property was perfect for our 24 person party. We rented 2 units side by side. The rooftop was a favorite spot to sit with a great view. There were alot of stairs to get to the bedrooms on the third floor would be the only caution depending on age group renting. Other than that the place was clean, quiet, easy in and out with restaurants, grocery stores and liquor stores within a close drive. Great property for a big group traveling to Nashville.

Great getaway!

Fantastic accommodations, enough room (2 units) for all 20 of us to spread out and not feel like we were crowded. Units were clean, comfortable and spacious. The host was so very helpful and easy to communicate with! Location is a quick Uber ride to most of the hotspots. Overall our weekend was a great one!

Ideal size of property for our work trip

The properties were great with everything you need and great views of Nashville from the rooftop the area is up and coming so you have to travel via Uber to restaurants. Though there is a great new coffee shop just around the corner.

Beautiful condo!

505 was funky and fun! Really a great condo for a group, a variety of rooms, and number of beds! We really enjoyed our stay. A sun shade for the deck is the only thing we missed! The hosts were very responsive. We also rented 507 it was equally as nice if a bit more drab in decor. We were concerned with all of the condos in such a small area it might be very loud and lots of parties going on. There was only one night when it was a little loud. We were pleased!

Great location!

First time in Nashville. Group of 9, 2 townhomes next to each other, plenty of room, great rooftop (and great weather!) for early morning coffee, meeting and late night cocktail. Easy booking, Uber to downtown. Would definitely book here again

Mother-Daughter Weekend

This property was perfect for our large group of mothers and daughters to use as a home base for our weekend in Nashville. There were plenty of beds and baths to accommodate 22 woman. The condos were clean and well appointed. Uber/Lyft rides were readily available for the short ride to Broadway. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Family Reunion

The two townhouses were perfect for our family. More than enough bedrooms and bathrooms. We especially enjoyed the rooftop at night once all the kiddos went to bed.
