Just as Beautiful as the Pictures

The property is just like the pictures and very large. Great location for seeing Nashville. It's only a 10 minute drive to the center of the city without going on the highway. There's also a Kroger just down the street so you can pick up groceries.

Very easy to find. Laura was very prompt with all questions. House is beautiful although the cleanliness could have been better. Cobwebs, dust everywhere. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying there.

Strong choice for a Nashville stay

We enjoyed this property for a 4 night stay in Nashville. Property management is fantastic! Very prompt communication, made sure our needs were met. Very nice property, good location to downtown. Just be mindful that it’s close to a railroad (you’ll be reminded…) and construction was on-going beside of the property. Will definitely consider this one again.

My family LOVED it. When we arrived the checkin process was very easy and accurate. I appreciate the prompt communication with Laura. The house was clean and just as the pictures showed. We were very comfortable with plenty of space for the seven of us. I would definitely recommend this unit to family, friends, and Vrbo members that are looking for a great place to stay while visiting Nashville Tn. I will for sure be rebook this location.

Great stay.

Everything was top notch inside. The parking is not great. 2 small suv could not fit inside the garage but there was an overflow spot towards the back. It was conveniently located to food and stores and not a bad drive to broadway either!

Nice place.

This is my second time coming to Nashville and I was pleased with my stay here. Everything was very clean and spacious. Also very close to downtown with plenty of other food and shopping options besides broadway. The property manager, Laura, was very responsive to our concerns and friendly. The only cons would be there is currently construction going on next door, it’s next to train tracks, and lastly the listing was advertised as 4 baths when it’s actually 3 and a half bath on the first floor. Overall, everything was lovely and would recommend staying here.

Wonderful Rental

We wanted to be close to Geodis field for a soccer match, and this property is walkable. It was perfect for 4 couples. Embrace the stairs and the occasional train noise, and you will love it. The top floor living space and patio was a fun alternative to the living room downstairs. The property is well appointed with what you will need, and the property manager responded and acted immediately if we needed anything. I would defiantly go back.

Beautiful and spacious

Pros: The property itself was very modern and beautiful. Nearby Walmart, Gas station, and food places, and not far from downtown or other attractions. Plenty of room in the three floors. Cons: Cleanliness - floors definitely need a good mop, and really check for random items (we found a toothbrush between mattress and headboard, coasters on top of window sills, sex toy on top of closet shelf, open juice in fridge, and food still caked on baking pans). Some cutains on the bedroom windows would be nice to block out early morning light. You will hear trains at all time of day night, not a huge deal breaker, but it did wake us up a few times. Also, some men came to pick up a broken couch left in the garage, but we were never notified this was going to happen. A little awkward as my mother-in-law was there by herself and wasnt aware it was going to happen.

House wasn’t ready for us when we arrived.

We arrived at 10:30pm with our house not properly being finished with the cleaning. Cleaning supplies, dirty towels and rugs along with shampoo bottles were left scattered. 2 very loud smoke detectors were continually beeping at us saying low battery. (They also had no batteries in them and hanging from the ceiling) I called VRBO along with Laura the host multiple times to have someone come over to help us get them fixed. We had no vehicle and didn’t want to venture out at 11 to fix these things that should have been done before we arrived. When Laura did get back to us she said she was aware of the defectors going off by the cleaner at 8:30pm but according to her everyone is done working by 5pm and nobody could come over to help us. She told me ( who I’m 5’1) to climb on a ladder and unplug the smoke detectors from the 12ft ceilings. The whole situation was very unprofessional. I spent 2 hrs on hold with VRBO who also DID NOTHING to help us. I’m very upset with the whole stay because there was no communication between the host and her maintenance/cleaners.The cleaners showed up the next day asking to come get their cleaning supplies. Said they had to leave because of the loudness of the detectors and thought we didn’t check in for a couple more days. Once the maintenance finally showed up the next day at 5pm he couldn’t fix the problem. Couches were also broken upstairs so we couldn’t use them. I would not recommend this place at all. No communication with the host even those they make is seem they have 24 hr service if you need any help.

Beautiful property

Beautiful property with a ton of room. The master bath and bedroom were massive. Easy place to access but right across from railroad tracks. All of the other reviews were correct there are plenty of stairs!

Beautiful Home

Loved this house! It is a beautiful home and not far from Broadway. We were amazed by how beautiful this house was. Very clean and very spacious! Only thing that we didn't like was the train being so close but it really wasn't that bad. I would highly recommend

Good location - Okay Stay

Overall we had a great stay, however there were some issues. It was close enough to Uber to downtown, bit not walkable area at all. The house was large but hard to keep warm or cold. The water filter needed to be replaced and multiple people got sick from drinking the water. We let them know the say we got there that this was an issue and they never replied. Also the wifi password we got was not working and reached out about that as well with no response. We were asked to sweep before we left but had no dust pan to sweep with, had the light turn on in a locked room 1 day after arriving. We had food delivered to the house and multiple times it said they were delivered and not there when we opened the door unless we did it immediately. The house was great but the hosts were not the greatest.

Best of the Best in Nashville

This beautiful and spacious home was a perfect fit for the four of us while in Nashville. The beds are comfortable with plenty of seating through out the houseIf you are ambitious several restaurants and bars are within walking distance, Brothers Burgers is the best. I will for sure stay here again on my next Nashville adventure.

50th Birthday Bash in Nash!

Extremely spacious for our group. Very close to Broadway which is where we spent most of our time. Uber was more expensive than expected, average cost was close to $20-$30 for one way. Loved the property tho!
