Great place! The area rugs were all slippery and/or curled and could use backers to reduce slip/trip issues, but that's literally our only feedback for improvement. It was the perfect location (easy 10-15m walk or a 10 Lyft to everything around Broadway area), well appointed, very clean & comfortable. We absolutely loved the place and would definitely stay there again!

Our stay at this VRBO on the river was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described and very well prepared for guests. The home was clean, comfortable, and had an amazing view of the river that made the entire stay feel peaceful and relaxing.One of the best parts of the trip was sitting outside in the evenings and watching the river flow by. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the quiet surroundings. The location was great—close enough to explore the area while still feeling private and scenic.The beds were comfortable, the space was well maintained, and it had everything we needed for a great stay. Overall, this VRBO was a fantastic place to stay, and we would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway by the river.

Nice VRBO, everything was great. Could use a pizza pan, otherwise equipped OK. One thing not mentioned the needs to be is the proximity to an active CSX railroad line that had probably 5 trains per day that were pretty loud.

The property was just as described. Jen was great at checking in to make sure everything was ok and providing instructions on getting into the building. We had 5 adults staying for our trip and the property was perfect for our group.I would not hesitate to book this again.

The Oasis was the perfect spot for our group of 6 girls for a birthday trip! We loved the aesthetics! It was a very close uber drive to broadway and the gulch! We also walked to german town which had cute shops and an amazing Italian bakery! Would highly recommend!

Property is conveniently located a few blocks from Broadway and all of the honky-tonk downtown has to offer. Place is great. The double bed bedroom has one wall that doesn’t go all the way to the ceiling, which is shown in one of the pictures, but not mentioned. 10/10 would recommend.
