Great location

We enjoyed staying at this condo, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Plus a beautiful kitchen. We liked the close proximity to downtown, and especially liked the safe neighborhood location. Because of the way the garage is situated, it’s difficult to get 2 larger cars into it. There was a good amount of street parking.

Review

The property itself was fabulous. Set up a wisely for several couples. Very clean! We kept having a problem with a fire alarm going off throughout the weekend and found out if you leave the front door standing open for more than a minute or so it tends to set off the fire alarm. I would rate this place a four and a half but Sunday morning five cars got their windows busted parked along the street. I know the owner of this place cannot help that but I'm putting it out there so other people know

This property was a perfect fit for our stay in Nashville. The overall cleanliness of the property was great, however we did notice some wear and tear that needed to be taken care of. Overall though, this is a great property!

Great Time...Not Such a Great Rental

We went to Nashville for my husband's 50th. We were with 2 other couples. The house is nice enough and in a good location....I would give it 5 stars except...... The code based lock quit on us mid way through the trip. We were locked out of the house for about 2 hours after a day of drinking. When the person who responded to our call was an absolute GEM...she was unable to get a hold of maintenance. She was able to get us in the garage, but the door from the garage to the house was locked...cuz we are responsible renters. The neighbors were also great and let us crawl over their rooftop patio and try to get in..but to no avail as that door was locked too. She was able to get a locksmith to come out... luckily, we kept trying the code and finally one of the tries worked...just as soon as we were in..the locksmith showed. His service were no longer needed so we sent him away. I imagine we saved the rental company a pretty penny there. We were told that maintenance would come to look at the lock the next day... nobody showed...or if they did there was no communication and the lock was certainly not fixed. We spent the remainder of the weekend going in and out via the garage. It was a muddy trail to get there...so not ideal, but better than being locked out. Also, the washer was broke...it turned on and added water...but that was it. We are now carrying a suitcase full of wet clothes around the airport. Not ideal after a weekend of drinking. It's lime leaving the bar and go

Great time

Very convenient area. Felt very safe. Beds and showers were amazing. Enjoyed the rooftop patio but the view of Downtown Nashville was more obstructed than what we were expecting. We still enjoyed sitting up there. There were three of us so we each had our own floor which was nice. We didn’t attempt parking in the garage because it seemed too awkward for our big vehicle. There are actually 5 rooms with beds. The host was very fast responding to our questions. There are a lot of stairs but we would definitely recommend the property. Very nice place. Had a great time in Nashville!!

We had an amazing bachelorette party stay at this property! It was perfect for several gals getting ready at the same time for a night on the town. A short Uber ride to downtown. All was phenomenal!

Perfection!!!

Looking for a great place to stay…this IS it. No need to look any further. Great location to anywhere you want to go, shopping, the zoo, downtown, you name we were there quickly. The townhouse its self it very clean, comfy beds, all the towels, and kitchen ware you need. Oh and the bonus…a garage and a rooftop deck! Next time we are headed to Nashville we will absolutely see if this property is available.

perfect place for big group

The place was amazing plenty of room. Great gathering room with enough seats for all. Loved the rooftop patio. plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all. Very clean with all the amenities you need.

Great but needs some stuff added!

Place is great, not very far from everywhere we wanted to go! The place desperately needs a check in and out book with instructions and wi-if password! This is the first place we’ve stayed that doesn’t have wi-fi posted somewhere. The fridge is not hooked up to water line-which is very odd. There is no ice. No ice trays. It needs some sort of an option. For a large group place to stay a keurig is not a multi person coffee POT. We fought one for the place and left it. Overall once we bought our own water and coffee pot it was great!

Great home!!

Location was great except for the fire engine house being right next door. Announcements on a loud speaker early in the morning. So bedrooms closest for the fire house were woken up a lot. Train tracks right there also. But I would deal with that again because the house was exactly what you see online just gorgeous!!

Great place! I do suggest a coffee maker for more than 6 guests. Need bath mats and no place to hang towels in bathroom. Other than that great place. They did mention a grill but we did not have one and lights on deck did work!
