  • Conveniently located, sleep up to 4 adults/2 kids this 1 King bedroom with 2 twin beds/ futon sofashort in living room. Uber ride to downtown- 5 miles. Brand New Condos featuring amazing walkability to East Nashville hot spots with Nicoletto's, Grimey's Music, Elegy Coffee Bar, The Fox Bar & Cocktail club and Mickey's Tavern right across the street. Pet's welcome for $35 extra per night.

    The entire 1 bedroom condo with kitchen, living room and bath with washer and dryer in the condo.

    There is an additional shared workspace and sitting area in the lobby area- see pictures.

    I am readily available via text.

    East Nashville bars and restaurants- Foxy's, Nicoletta's, and Grimey's records

    Uber or lyft is best but we do offer free parking!

    There is an entry camera for security. You are welcome to unplug while you are there.

This place is exactly as advertised. On our first night we reached out to the host because the remote for the light/fan in the bedroom is missing so we couldn't leave the fan on and turn off the light. The next day a brand new fan showed up at the door - shows how quickly and efficiently the host solved our problem. It had everything we needed for a weekend stay and would recommend it.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the condo. Very, very clean and well equipped. Appreciated the extra supplies that always seem to run out in condo rentals (toilet paper, etc). Alison was super accessible via text message. The bed sleeps great! Easy to get to places in and around Nashville! Thank you!

Quick visit

This was the perfect place for my 3-day visit with my son who lives in East Nashville. I felt right at home and the location was excellent. I'd definitely stay here again.

The place was clean and was close to Broadway, very convenient. Allison was very accomodating, great commu ication. Had a great stay. Would book again in the future.

A visit with our Grandsons

We came to Nashville to see our daughter and grandsons. The condo is down the street from their house. We had a wonderful few days, going to the zoo and enjoying great restaurants. All the restaurants were close to the condo. We had a wonderful stay.

Great location

Loved this spot close to all the events my husband and I were attending in Nashville, while also just being close to all the conveniences you might need on a trip. The apartment was nice and clean and had an efficient little layout.

Communication with the host was constant and thorough. When I had questions, she was quick to respond. Even the young lady who takes care of the place was helpful with a wifi question and made some excellent suggestions on where to shop, eat and spend time nearby. I loved the bed. VERY comfortable. If there were anything I would change is making sure there’s a way to operate the ceiling fan in the bedroom. I like to have moving air when I sleep and couldn’t use it without the light on. The remote was missing. Also, more comfortable furniture in the living room for lounging. Found it difficult to relax while watching TV. Great place overall.

Great place in East Nashville

I had no issues with the place. Very nice and clean. No problems with communication with owner. I would definitely stay here again. Also found a lot of good local food and drink spots close by. So I didn’t have to go downtown

Great Experience!

We needed a place to stay for a couple of nights to visit our daughter in Nashville, and were absolutely delighted with Hillbilly Haven! It was perfect for our needs and convenient to where we needed to go. The unit was clean, comfortable and Allison was a great host and very accommodating. We will definitely be rebooking the next time we head up to Nashville to visit our daughter.

Nashville visit

Our family visited Nashville this summer for my daughters dance competition. Host was very friendly and answered all our questions immediately. The location was great was 10 to 20 minutes away from downtown and close to the highway. The apartment was clean and spacious for our tiny family. Would very highly recommend and will stay here again if I ever return to Nashville.
