Property was relatively close to downtown. However, quickly realized that walking from the VRBO to Broadway was not feasible due to the steep hill on which the VRBO is located. Plan on using ride share as the main way to get to and from Broadway.

Central spot built for comfort

This property is walking distance to the gulch, music row, and midtown. Broadway is very close by with a lot of great spots in between. The bed/bathroom ratio is great. Rooftop space has views of downtown and Gulch skyline. Tyler was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend for a worry-free experience.

Just what we wanted

We loved the living area bedrooms kitchen etc Didn’t really use the roof top cause it was too cold but very nice place will probably book again with a large group

GREAT PLACE

We were with a group of 8, and this place was awesome. Great location, great host, great rooftop patio. Very short Uber ride to Broadway. Only thing this place could use is a table and chairs for cards/games on down time in this lively city. We would highly recommend this place and would gladly go back there. An expensive item was left behind and was shipped back to us. Thanks to Tyler and his crew. Excellent home.

Staff is so helpful

Tyler worked with us to get the right resevations for a large wedding group. And when we realized we needed an extra night at the last minute, he accomodated us with such friendly, professional, really delightful service. We couldnt appreciate him more for making this trip so easy. We had so many things to think and worry about that weekend, but our accomodations weren’t one of them. And the condos were lovely as well! Clean, modern, beautiful rooftop with a view! Great parking, very nice kitchen and living areas and enough beds for everyone. Wonderful! Located right next to the Gulch. Easy access to every part of Nashville. If you are bringing a large group, nab one of these condos, you will not regret it! Thanks again, Tyler and Drew!

Beautiful place, excellent location

We rented this for a company meeting. 4 people and it worked out perfect. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The location was fantastic and the coded system of entry made it so easy for us to come and go.
