Bachelorette Getaway

This property was perfect for our group with separate bedrooms to provide time away for the introverts in our group. The rooftop is well furnished and decorated. Communication was prompt from the host, and he was very accommodating to our needs. This location provided an easy walk to the Gulch for activities we had booked. We had a larger group and had to order XL rides, so our average Lyft to midtown or Broadway was around $14.00. For those traveling in the near future, we did find Lyft to be slightly cheaper than Uber. I highly recommend this property.

Family Nashville trip

Great location and tons of space in the house!

They do not provide propane for the grill or firepits but the overall rooms and location were phenomenal. They communicated very well!

Quick Weekend in Nashville

We had a group of 11 stay at this VRBO and WOW! It's the perfect match of price and location. There's a bathroom for every bedroom, the amenities are up to date and nice, and the real star of the show was the view. The view from the rooftop alone would easily make me come back. About a 10 - 15 minute walk to the heart of the Gulch, and if you feel up for walking to Broadway bars that's about a 20 - 25 minute walk. There were a few dings in the walls where previous groups probably got a little roudy, and some of the towels felt a little old, but for a quick weekend stay it was perfect for what we needed.

Baby mama's

The owner was super responsive prior to arrival and on checkin. The location is great to walk to 12th street S and The gulch- easy! The rooftop is awesome- we did yoga, drinks and hung out with the beautiful skyline of Nashville in the distance. The property had MORE than enough space and it was awesome that there is a bathroom for each sleeping room. all the appliances worked well. Thanks and we had a great long weekend.

The Stay

Our overall stay was great. Location was fantastic, view was magnificent, plenty of beds, and so much more. We only had a few complaints. 1) We wish there was cleaning supplies so we could clean the counters and such 2) We also wish there was some soap for each shower (even if it was cheap soap). Coming from out of state we don’t want to go buy soap. 3) Couple of the exterior door handles were loose 4) The bathroom door on the third story had trouble closing. All together it was a wonderful stay and I’d recommend it again!

Great spot to host a Bach party

Nashville - 21st Birthday Trip

Great stay for our group of 13! We all had comfortable sleeping spots and SO much room to hang as a group - great kitchen/living space to decorate for occasions too. The rooftop was a fun spot to hang in between Broadway visits, and every Uber ride was less than 6 minutes away to Broadway/shopping/bars/restaurants. Tyler is quick with communication and was so helpful in giving us a few accommodations for early/late checkout. Would 10/10 stay here again!

Great rooftop view of the city!

This property worked for a college reunion for 10 friends. Everyone had their own bed and the 4 bathrooms worked out well. The rooftop view of the city makes the place! There are a lot of stairs so your party needs to be able to handle them and there are a lot of rules- more than any other VRBO I've rented (i.e., $5 for every one minute you're late checking out.) Tyler, the property manager was very easy to work with and very responsive.

Edgehill Stay
