Great Place Good Location

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment, it was very clean and everything was as stated in the listing. There are restaurants within walking distance, and a short Uber ride to Broadway. Great parking was available. Comfortable beds and even though we didn’t use the kitchen it appeared to be well stocked with pans and utensils to cook.Owner was very responsive and thorough with instructions. Neighborhood was nice and we never felt unsafe. Would stay again when in Nashville.

Great location cozy & clean

This rental is conveniently located to everything & cute neighborhood with coffee shops next door. The one had great breakfast choices. Walking distance to some bars & restaurants that we enjoyed. Short Uber ride to Broadway. The place was very clean, cozy & quiet and would definitely stay here again. Nothing negative to say about this property.

The Perfect Getaway on Music Row

The Vinyl is an awesome place to stay! Situated on on the quieter part of Music Row it had everything my wife and I needed for a relaxing week getaway. Check-in was a breeze because Christy went above and beyond in communicating everything we needed. When we opened the door to the Artist's Suite the first thing my wife and I said to each other was, "It smells clean."- Kudos to the cleaning staff. The suite was nicely appointed, the kitchen had everything we needed, the bathroom was clean, and the bed was very comfortable with the room being spacious with a large closet. We loved sitting on the patio watching people go by. If you are looking for a place to stay that is away from the busyness of Broadway, The Vinyl is the place to be.

Sweet place

We absolutely loved our stay at the vinyl building. The outside of it is decorated so cute with vibrant colors. One evening, we even sat around the gas fire pit, and just hung out. The inside was spotless, well organized, and had everything we would need. If the microwave is too tall for you, behind the garbage can is a stepstool, which will help you to reach it. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The sound machine definitely help to muffle any steps on the floors above us. We did have an outside balcony where we could sit and have our morning coffee. The bathroom even had little cups provided. We would definitely stay here again the next time that we come to Nashville. Music Row Has a quiet neighborhood and right down the street is the well, which has exceptional pour over coffee and a delicious breakfast. Absolutely loved it!

Cute Place Good Location

We had a good time. The place was clean and comfortable. Very nice. Unfortunately, even though this was a pleasure trip, I needed to work and the WiFi was so lousy that didn’t happen. I’m glad I have a hotspot on my cell. The WiFi was bad our whole trip. We couldn’t even watch TV most of the time. If you are going to sell the space being so tech advanced, you need to upgrade drastically. Again, clean and quite lovely. I loved the space, but my stay was stressful with needing to get work done in the evenings.

I would give it 5 stars, but my husband faults it for imperfect Wi-Fi. But really the apartment was clean and in a good location. We had a great time. I would highly recommend!!

The property is ideal--location, size and customer service. Christy the property manager was amazing in all ways. She was attentive and helpful. We plan to make this our "go to" place when visiting Nashville and have recommended it to family that will be going soon.

Birthday getaway

The property was modern, super clean, contemporary, and new. The only downside was the construction next-door and the laundry/staff area across the hall from us. (Construction began at 7am and the cleaning staff was loud with radio and talking over that) Absolutely, just FYI. We would certainly stay there again if in the area. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants in a nice neighborhood.

Perfect location, walkable to many great neighborhoods, restaurants and bars. Absolutely spotless. Super comfortable bed. Great communication and clear instructions from Christy. CLEAN AND ON MUSIC ROW

THIS WAS A VERY CLEAN APARTMENT. THE DECOR WAS BEAUTIFUL. IS LOCATED DIRECTLY ON MUSIC ROW. A SHORT UBER RIDE TO BRODWAY AND CLOSE TO VANDERBILT HOSPITAL. I WILL STAY HERE AGAIN!!

Very nice

Christy was attentive and helpful when I had questions. Great location and very clean! We loved the patio and chairs and fireplace outside. The bed was amazing and so comfortable. Loud construction right next door at 7am….eh? Sleep is over rated.
