We were there to celebrate a 21st Birthday. The home was perfect for 12 guests and plenty of room to keep everyone comfortable. The hosts communicated well and answered any questions I had ahead of time with a quick response. They even checked in on us throughout the stay to make sure all was going well. The home was clean and had everything we needed for a fun filled weekend. Location was a short Uber drive to Broadway and local places. Overall great home for large groups with a great Nashville vibe! Would highly recommend!

This was truly not the review I thought I would be leaving on this property. From pictures it looks like it is the perfect spot. Once you get there, you realize that is not the case. The location is not ideal in the fact that every uber/lyft seems concerned that this is where a group of girls is staying. As you walk into the property, it is not very clean. We were told that we needed to start a load of laundry before we left, but they didn’t leave any pods like they said they would. We had to go out and get washer pods, to make sure we didn’t have additional fees. There was a lot of scuffs on the walls. The couch was very uncomfortable and only 3-4 people could fit on it. There is no privacy there. The living room has no curtains, and at night people can see right into our living room. The bathroom that is attached to living room also had nothing covering the window. Once we made it upstairs there was a lot of mold that was in the bathrooms. Really all the the bathrooms with showers there was a lot of mold. The beds were very uncomfortable it was the frame and the bed on top. The bunk beds were very unstable as well. The first two days I was more so focused on the fact that we had a dead battery smoke detector, and I was not being prompted to do safe things.The company told me to remove the battery and shut the breaker off for that part of the kitchen. I ended up having to go out and buy the batteries myself. No one came over to fix these issues. Overall, I wouldn’t recomend

Great location for visiting Nashville

Great spot in a perfect location near Broadway! The place was clean and comfortable for our group. We had an issue with the A/C for a day, but the host was super responsive and made it right. Would definitely stay again!

The place is everything that it says ! The inside is decorated so cute and it’s very spacious for a large group . It’s very convenient for a short uber ride to Broadway . Our only complaint was the floors weren’t cleaned very well they were sticky there were also other sticky areas that were missed by the cleaning staff . But over all we were happy with the place .

Great stay!

Property was big enough to fit my family of 11. The living room could use new furniture as there was not enough comfortable seating for everyone. A sectional would be needed in the space. I hate being the negative person but just a suggestion. Other than that the property was great!

Great location, not the most cozy

I’ll start with the pluses the location was great and the house looked clean.The negatives:The biggest negative was that after receiving an exhausting amount of contact from the company that runs this VRBO trying to upsell me things that when I had a problem I was told it would be taken care of and nothing was done. The walk to the unit was not cleared and there was ice on the entire walkway and the steps into the unit. I asked the person who contacted me to put down ice melt or something and they said it would be taken care of and it never was. Luckily no one slipped.2, if you are looking for comfort this isn’t the place for you. For a place with 11 beds there is only one big love seat for cushioned seating in the whole place. There are probably 10 bar stools, but not anything to sit and watch a movie. The beds were clearly the cheapest mattresses and frames they could find. This place is clearly set up to be a party house. If you’re looking to do that then this place would be great, If you’re looking for a place to unwind after a day out sightseeing I would look elsewhere.

We had a blast in Nashville! Came to celebrate a couple birthdays and New Years. The house was very convenient to downtown and had plenty of room for everyone. Will definitely return.

Great house for sports weekend

Great Spot !

Amazing rental. Well stocked with necessities , towels , blankets , and shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Quick 10 minute UBER ride downtown and close location to grocery store / etc. Property manager was VERY responsive and easy to work with. Will definitely stay here again.

Great for a big group

Loved the many beds and bathrooms for our big family trip. Good restaurants and grocery stores in the vicinity, but also a quick 10 min to the downtown area. Communication with management was good when we had questions or concerns.

Nashville Adventure

We had a great time in Nashville and really enjoyed the Vrbo! It felt like it was in a relatively safe location where we could walk around if we wanted and it was the perfect distance from the more bustling part of town where we could hop in and out of the fun at our leisure. The bathrooms were super clean and the one in the shared bunkbed space was beautiful. My only complaint is some basic kitchen utensils were missing, but we made due and had an amazing time. Our check in process was a little confusing as well, but I think its just because we were bouncing back and forth between communicating to a real person and an automated messaging system. But the Stay Minty team worked with us to provide clarity and we had an amazing time! I would recommend this listing to any and all friends.

Perfect Stay For a Bachelor Party

We had a group of 11 guys and having 11 bed available was perfect for a comfortable stay. The house was clean when we arrived and very nice! Location is perfect as there are good restaurants and bars nearby and a short 5 min ride to Broadway.

They did it, right!

East Nashville Music Dreams

We came to Nashville to support a fellow musician who had some opportunities in town. This condo was the perfect headquarters. Close to the craziness of Broadway and Music City Row. But also right in the middle of the creative community of East Nashville. With plenty of room for us to spread out, rehearse or just chill.

Nashville Stay

This was our first time using Vrbo and we are so satisfied. The Honky Tonk was everything it said it was. There were 10 of us, we all slept comfortably. The kitchen was amazing and the second floor was perfect for everyone to hang out! Plenty of bathrooms. We loved the location, there are scooters all around for the kids and we were close to downtown!

Bachelorette Party

We had a good experience. The neighborhood is very patchy, nice then rundown homes. The liquor store close to there seemed a little sketchy. I would definitely suggest that the owners add a full length mirror. This huge house didn’t have a single full length mirror! I’d also suggest more comfy furniture in the living area. Overall great stay.
