We had an excellent experience during our stay in Nashville. The condo was clean, quiet (even with the train tracks), and exactly as described—a perfect grown-ups-only getaway. We especially loved having a washer and dryer right in the unit, plus access to the pool, community room with a pool table, and other great amenities.The location was fantastic, with several restaurants within walking distance and easy Uber access to everywhere else we wanted to go. Parking was convenient and available for an additional minimal fee, which made things very easy.Management was readily available and very responsive whenever we had questions. Everything was smooth from start to finish. We’d definitely stay here again—highly recommend!

Great property in a super cool area. Extremely clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed and more. Wonderful communication with the property managers. Convenient location to restaurants, shops and Broadway. Lobby area and pool space also looked amazing. The suite looks out onto train tracks but they honestly were not too loud. Could hear the upstairs neighbor a few times but overall we thought the property was excellent. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay for a weekend in Nashville. I have nothing negative to say. We would definitely stay here again! Great location, walking distance to everything in the Gulch. Quiet building and condo. Easy check in process and quick response from the property management when u reached out.

Long weekend in fun Nashville

The property is well located in the Gulch area of Nashville. There are lots of restaurants and bars in the area. It was only about a 20 minute walk to the honky tonk area on Broadway and to the Country Music Hall of Fame.The property was as advertised except that the balcony is actually a “Juliet” one that you cannot stand on. The parking situation is a little confusing

Long Weekend in Nashville

This was the perfect place for 2 adults to stay! The neighborhood is cute and there are so many fun walking distance places to eat. The facility is very nice- we would stay here again for sure!

Great First Trip

This location was exactly what we needed for our first trip to Nashville. It was close enough to everything that we could walk but also used Uber with no issues. The apartment had everything we needed and we’d definitley stay here again!

Swiftie Weekend!

We had an amazing time over the weekend, and this was the perfect location for our size of four! If you need a clean, safe place to stay then this is your place! Remember you are staying in the city, so there's the usual noise and traffic, but we enjoyed people watching out the back door. Customer service was fantastic! Picking up pass and parking is weird, but was easy to follow. Would stay here again!

Great VRBO. Will Use Again!

Almost everything about this rental was great. Location: Quiet area, but still close enough/central enough to get to all the hot spots easily. Nicely appointed furnishings. Loved the comforter on the bed... slept soooo good! :D Only thing that wasn't perfect was the initial check-in process: Through no fault of the host company it's a bit of a slog involving parking at a local lot (not in the building complex lot), finding your way up to the room, getting keys/parking pass, going back down, moving your car to the correct lot, and then unpacking. Bit of a pain, but worked. Also, instructions to do so were accurate, but confusing.

Gulch stay in Nashville

This was a great stay, wonderful accommodations. Free parking but very complicated getting in and out of the parking garage. The Gulch area is the place to stay when your in Nashville. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you Urban Nashville Vacation Rentals! Responsive and VERY helpful!

Nice and clean vacation rental

We enjoyed this property. Nice neighborhood. Clean. The bed was u comfortable though. The couch / futon was uncomfortable also. Kitchen was very useful. Staff in building was very polite and helpful. Parking was a little bit of a hassle.

Perfect location

The location of the building in The Gulch is perfect! There are so many restaurants, bars, stores you can walk to. It is 1 mile from Broadway and we walked there several times, there are a lot of hills, bring walking shoes if you head to Broadway on foot. The instructions to get into the building were a little complex. The bed was not very comfortable, quite lumpy. And I wish there was a curtain or shade to cover the sliding glass door. The unit is on the 2nd floor and there was construction going on outside. They could have easily seen inside while I was getting dressed.

Don't let the train tracks scare you away!

We stayed here in mid November. Everything was as listed and in clean and working order. Had a hiccup with the parking( you have to take a left in the garage to get to resident parking!) but that may have been our fault:) I almost didn't book it because it is so close to all those train tracks but there was never enough noise to bother us at all. Easy uber or lyft to anywhere

Comfortable Place

Stayed here with two of my adult friends while "working hard" to prepare for my daughter's wedding. Great place to stay, safe and I would definitely come back next time just to stay here for fun in the future

Easy Walking Distance to Everything

The property was a quick walk to Broadway and right in the middle of all the Gulch happenings. We did not do any cooking, but it did look to have everything needed to do the basics. There is no widow covering on the glass doors in the living room. You're only on the second floor so everyone driving or walking by can see inside. The lights from the trains and cars going by along with the sun shining brightly in the morning, make it a little difficult to sleep on the futon in the living room. The bathroom is very spacious so it's easy for multiple people to get ready. The bed in the bedroom is on the extra soft side. The futon is on the extra firm side. Plenty of extra bedding was provided. I did not get a chance to use the pool, but it looked very nice. Most likely I would stay here again!
