Couldn't ask for a better place, property manger was awesome with the communication ecen though we didn't need anything.

Great location near The Factory in Franklin and convenient to downtown proper. Very private and tucked away, which is what I was after

Perfect for a long weekend

Met a small group in the area for a long weekend. Great location. Easy parking. Comfortable and clean. Host provided great information on the area as well as weather posters.

Great location and helpful host!

We loved our quick stay here. A 2 min drive to the Factory and easy to get to Main Street. The place was clean, well set up, and cute! The only downside was that you could hear every single movement from the renters upstairs, but I often find that to be the case in a hotel as well. Maybe a deterrent if you are a light sleeper but we didn’t mind. Would stay again!

The fridge leaked the entire time we were there soaking 2 towels a day. We reported the problem on arrival also that the handle on the fridge was broken awe placed in the top of fridge. The heat never worked we had to go purchase blankets to stay warm.

Clean and close!

We were very pleased with the layout and cleanliness of our VRBO. We liked that our place was down a private lane.The Factory is a very short walk. Historic downtown Franklin was right around a 1 mile walk. We enjoyed looking at the beautiful homes along the way. Other than a few short feet, we were completely on sidewalks, so it was a very safe walk. 5 Stars & 2 Thumbs Up! I would definitely choose to stay here again, and would recommend it to any of my friends and family who would be coming to Franklin.

FYI: You may get a bottom unit.

The property was just as described, clean and in a very convenient and safe location. The communication and directions were clear and helpful. But I have to warn you that if you get a bottom unit and plan to sleep before the above unit is asleep you will not succeed. Their common areas are above the bedrooms and the floors pop and crack. Our toddler couldn’t sleep nor could we. After the first night we contacted the property manager in hopes of making the second night better. Thankfully the following night the people above us were much quieter. We believe that they were not home so that and some earplugs helped a lot.

The good and the not-so-good

My husband, 11yo daughter and I stayed for a week while visiting the area and friends. Great location, pretty space. The biggest plus for us - comfortable beds and good window shades. Water pressure was also great. I did have to buy a few things that were lacking in the kitchen as well as a bath mat for the larger bathroom (call me crazy but I don't like walking on wet tile floors).The biggest downside though was being on the bottom floor ... when the people above us walked (or the kids ran) it was like POUND POUND POUND over our heads :( VERY thin ceiling.Also the AC units were mystifying and when we messaged for assistance we got a very vague not helpful reply. We lost electricity once during a storm and messaged then with no reply at all. Fortunately it came back on within an hour. But we had no way of knowing if it was just us or the whole area.The good outweighed the bad for our stay but the only way we'd stay there again would be to book a top floor unit.

As someone who typically leaves generous reviews, understanding the challenges of managing a VRBO and appreciating the benefits of such services, I was disappointed by this stay. Despite the rental's attractive location, cleanliness, and amenities, it failed to meet two essential requirements: safety and the ability to sleep. Located beneath another unit, our stay was marred by excessive noise from above. We could hear conversations, footsteps, furniture being dragged, and the washing machine’s spin cycle at 1:00 AM, sounding as if it were right over our heads. The upstairs guests returned around midnight, full of energy, exacerbating the disturbance. Additionally, a chair broke when I sat on it ( I wiegh 208 lbs), posing a safety risk. Two nights of disrupted sleep left us frustrated. Without the noise and broken chair, I could have rated this unit 4 or 5 stars. As it stands, it deserves no more than 2 stars.

Nice location to Franklin, not too far from Nashville

We stayed in a bottom unit which was located in the back of the complex. It provided everything that we needed, but it can be noisy when there are people in the unit above you. Very close to Franklin which was great and not too far from Nashville.

Lacking

Yes, the property was very clean. The bathrooms were very adequate/ But the beds were extremely uncomfortable. A/C didn't work in second bedroom. Lighting was poor. Living room furniture very uncomfortable. Coffee maker was very poor. Could have used a spatula and a couple of teaspoons. Two microwaves? Newest one didn't work. Outdoor porch light was falling out of the brick, Exterior door had gaps big enough to let bugs, etc. in. Toilet paper holders were falling out of the wall. It's not a bungalow--it's an apartment that is part of a four plex -- with very thin walls. Sorry,we won't be back.
