Great House

Really enjoyed our stay here! The house is sneaky big with plenty of space but still cozy. HUGE backyard. Recent renovations were done really well. Short 12-15 min drive to downtown. Highly recommend!

Falsely accused

Tub was dripping and cleaner left it so that the tub was about to overflow, however we contacted host so she wouldnt have a bigger issue. Kitchen was infested with roaches, but we tried to take care of on our own, then clean up Crew that came in after is trying to accuse us of having closet doors off rails and charge us When we left all doors were on hinges. Instead of asking me about host is charging us.

Plenty of room for all

Even though I read about the property at length before booking, I was still surprised at how much sleeping and communal space there was in the house! The only issue was cleanliness of the house which caused us to cut our final day short.

this house was perfect for the two nights we stayed! we each had our own room and a bathroom was practically with each set of rooms. great location, only 10 minutes of that from downtown! along with the other comments you can hear the highway and train BUT that was no big deal for us! the evening we arrived, the property owner was very considerate and contacted me asking how our stay was going and to have a great time. that being said, their replies were fast with mine! i would definitely rebook :)

Football weekend

This house was a great home base for a weekend with some old friends. It was about 10-15 ride to Broadway and Downtown Nashville. Check out East Nashville too. The communication leading up to and throughout the stay was top notch. I would recommend staying at this modest and clean house.

7/3/24: Noisy! Right next to the interstate and busy train tracks

Pros: Spacious house with large fenced backyard. 6 bedrooms, 7 beds, and 3 bathrooms. The house looks newly painted on the inside. The appliances are fairly new. The furniture is standard for a rental. Good wifi. Good communication from the host. Cons: The highway is right next to the house, and it was so noisy that I could barely get any sleep. I am a light sleeper. Some in our group were able to sleep through the traffic noise. But several trains went past during the night, and the extremely loud whistles startled and woke just about all of us up each time. Those whistles get your heart pounding! I was glad we only slept there one night. No view. The house is older and needs some work. The carpets need replaced and there are loose tiles in the upstairs bathroom. The mattress that I slept on was adequate but had a body groove in the middle. About time to replace it. There were no bath towels anywhere we could find. The only towels in each bathroom were one hand towel and a bath mat. Every VRBO that I have ever stayed at provides towels. No extra blankets, and the thin one on the bed only covered the bottom of the bed. There was liquid hand soap in each bathroom, but no bars of face soap or bath soap, little or otherwise. I expect to at least have a little bar of face soap in each bathroom. If there isn’t a body wash dispenser then a little bar of bath soap as well. The bottle of liquid hand soap in the kitchen was filled with water.

Long weekend family getaway

The property was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space for 8 of us, and a quick ride to Broadway. We rented a car, but also used Uber when we realized how expensive parking was in the city. The property manager was very receptive and easy to get hold of with very rapid response to questions. Would definitely stay there again if we return to Nashville
