Nashville- Music To My Ears

We had a great stay at the McGraw! We stayed an entire week and it definitely beat staying at a hotel… this property is conveniently located.. approximately 15 mins to Broadway and 15 mins to the Grand Ole Opry.. the property was clean with one exception, the pull out sofa had enough finger snacks in it to feed a family for a week! We loved our stay and would definitely consider staying here again!Thank you for hosting my family for the week!

It was a pleasant experience.

I enjoyed my stay.The place was clean and well maintained.lt was quiet since it was 20 mins away from Nashville .I would love to stay at avant- stay again but it seems like their properties are limited in certain areas.

Great location since we had a rental car. Comfortable lodging,very modern & well decorated. Quick response from property managers regarding questions. Would stay here again.

Nashville Visit

Friends from out of state came to visit and this spot was the perfect set-up for us. We had our own spaces as well as a roomy common area.

Great little place

The place was very clean and decorated nicely. Had many amenities and was close to downtown Nashville! I would recommend this place to stay if you wanting to hit Broadway!!

Enjoying our new grandson

We love the house, it was spacious and comfortable. The best part was how close it was to our son, his wife and new baby. Close to highways, groceries. We will stay here again.

Perfect vacation rental

This property was so well decorated and cute. Beds comfortable. Good location. Everything was so clean and felt fresh and new. Highly recommend. Good parking too. Lots of restaurants etc close by.

Really enjoyed my stay, beautiful space!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay here! The townhome is very close to downtown and all of the places we visited. The beds were very comfortable, very pretty and well decorated place. Only issue was a nearby train that I hear during the evening, but they provided earplugs in case you're a light sleeper!

Beautiful home

The home was absolutely beautiful and identical to the pictures. Everyone we spiked to was extremely professional and very helpful. The location in the city wasn’t the most appealing but we had no issues and was close to every place we wanted to go. Without a doubt my family would stay here again and again.

Beautiful, upgrade condo!

What a perfect place to visit Nashville family, and have Christmas with our son and his wife! Every kitchen convenience is included, and the layout, design, and furnishings were excellent! As we travel with our mini-dachshund, being pet friendly is vital to us, and this charming complex offered enough green area for short walks. We even walked the short street, ending in our convenient cul-de-sac!

Great place to stay in Nashville area

We really enjoyed our stay here in Nashville. The apartment was spotless when we arrived and it was a comfy space to be in. The only thing I will say is the surrounding area was a little sketchy, but not bad on the actual road it is located on its just the next road over. But even with that being said I would 100% stay here again.

East Nashville location

Group of four girls in town for a long weekend. Home was extremely clean and nicely decorated. Beds and linens were so comfortable. Short drive or Uber ride downtown. Complex is on a cul de sac next to the freeway so there is traffic noise but didn’t bother us. Area is a mix of homes, new construction and commercial businesses. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.
