Property just as described, love the bedrooms and bathrooms. Loft area super cute and great for extra sleeping. The staircase adorable but was hard to manage with luggage. The outdoor patio so nice for morning coffee. Highly recommend.

Spring Break 2025

We had a fantastic time staying at Chateau Monroe. Max and Cindy are awesome hosts and made our stay comfortable and memorable. They went out of their way to ensure our vacation was perfect and treated us like family. Any questions or requests were taken care of quickly and the property was perfect. We will definitely be back!

The Chateau on Monroe was by far our favorite place that we have stayed at while visiting Nashville. From the beautiful home, close proximity to downtown and the amazing hosts, Max & Cindy, we could not have asked for a more enjoyable time. Can’t wait to come back!

Best stay in Nashville

This was by far the BEST VRBO we have ever stayed in. Clean, well stocked, comfortable, walkable to everything and parking. Cindy and Max were amazing hosts and made us feel right at home. When visiting Nashville again, we will stay here, no question!

Nashville family vacation

Max and Cindy were great hosts and were very accommodating of our group! The house was perfect for the 10 of us. We had 2 families on the trip, and the loft upstairs was perfect for all 6 kids! Very clean and updated, and decorated very nice! Would definitely stay there again!

The Chateau was the perfect place for our family reunion and celebration. Cindy and Max were fantastic hosts and communicated with me several times before our stay. They are truly amazing! Everything about the chateau was amazing. It had everything we needed and then some! The location was convenient to the downtown area and the surrounding areas. We all had a great stay and look forward to staying here again in the near future! If you have the opportunity to stay here you will not be disappointed!!
