The place was conveintly located. We could walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. The neighborhood was quiet and seemd safe. There is a highway right by and the traffic sounds were fairly loud. The place was well stocked except for kleenex, sufficient hangers and body wash. They need to step up with their cleaning. The floors were dirty with noticeable crumbs and even a fake fingernail. The walls in the bathroom were dirty and the shower floors needed to be cleaned better (hair in the drain). It was really a very nice place and if this issure could be attended to it would be great.

We were very pleased with this VRBO. Location was perfect and close enough for walking but also convenient if using your car or drive share. Free parking was a plus for us. The bedrooms were comfortable and we had our own bathrooms. We highly recommend and would stay here again.

Nice Apartment

Nothing to do with the apartment, which was very nice except we never could get the TV to work. Aside from that, when I made the booking I got a “payment submitted” email only to be told VRBO had only taken their fee. I subsequently received notification that I hadnt paid for the actual reservation and wasted 30 minutes on the phone with a VRBO rep who was unable to help me make an additional payment. It was beyond annoying and something I've never run into before. Luckily the property manager was a great help and we got it straightened out but VRBO should have taken the full payment from the start.

A few small distractions

Overall we were pleased but small things were an annoyance- my sink in the bathroom would not drain, the trash can is missing the step on pedal to open, there were a variety of places that need paint touched up and fresh caulking is needed in the guest shower. Not getting check in info until 2 hours before it too stressful-

Great location

All the amenities you need in a very clean apartment within walking distance of all that the Gulch offers. Be aware that garbage pickup is at 3AM on Wednesday and you will hear every bin get emptied.

Nashville Vacation

We had a very nice stay here. Overall 5 stars. The property does not look great on the outside when you pull up. But the room looked nice, exactly as pictured. The pros are: communication with property managers was really good, and there was covered and secure parking. The cons were a broken trash can, and we had a hard time keeping the bedrooms cool.

When booking this place and looking at the pictures pictures I feel gave us a false realization of where we were because you did not see lower Broadway and I think it was a longer walk down there than was said. The place wasn’t the cleanest as in needed to be dusted floors washed rugs vacuum beds were good, the patio was filthy dirty. Bed was comfy. It was a cute little place to stay though.

Great location and space

The space was exactly as it was online and the owner was easy and pleasant to deal with. He was responsive and helpful. Good central location (near the Gulch) and very clean and spacious. A lovely outdoor area with a pool! Would absolutely return.

We had an excellent stay here for a long weekend. Comfortably fit 5 people and was an easy walk to the gulch and broadway, which is where we spent a majority of our time. Highly recommend!

This condo was perfect. Includes everything you could need. Nice quality towels and linens. Location was ideal. Easy to get everywhere, yet out of the craziness. Would definitely stay there again.

Super cute, but bring eye mask and ear plugs

The place was really cute and close to the gulch. Loved the little things they offered like the coffee bar, soaps and plenty of cleaning supplies. However, as someone else stated, the floors were dirty. It was odd because most of the place was spotless, except for the garbage can, the floors, the edges of the showers had black mold (while the rest of the showers were perfect) and unfortunately the beds had crumbs in them. My one daughter's bed looked like someone was making it while eating chocolate and ours cookies. Kitchen was really clean, but most cabinets are empty. It's supposed to be non-smoking, but found my youngest playing in a huge ashtray full of butts on the patio. The biggest complaint is the noise and light. As another mentioned, the black curtains are NOT blackout curtains so all the rooms were bright at 5:30am each day. We also had a noisy group above us who came in at 3:30am and woke us all up. The corner unit is on the 1st floor facing an industrial complex which drops off cargo and dumpsters starting at 5:45am. Needless to say... we didn't get much sleep. As someone else mentioned, the owners need to install blackout/noise cancelling curtains on all windows and make sure the floors are clean. Note: you cannot check-in for any reason before 4pm. Would've called for a cleanup, but didn't get in until 11pm after our tour/show bc couldn't get in prior to unload.
