Bungalow clásico 12 sur

Este clásico bungalow de 1920 de 3 dormitorios se encuentra en el vecindario 12 South, a pocos pasos de muchas tiendas, bares y restaurantes. La casa tiene 3 habitaciones que incluyen una espaciosa suite king y baño en la planta superior, mientras que dos habitaciones queen comparten un baño común en la planta baja. Another great visit, this time for the Thanksgiving week …Tim was an excellent host and the house worked very well for four adults and a 22 month old! The quiet neighborhood cannot be beaten for proximity to downtown, interest and walkability

The house offered great spaces for a small business retreat. The location was perfect, one block from Frothy Monkey coffee shop and Postino wine bar for breaks and after work. Cute 12th South shopping was walkable and very close. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe.

We had a wonderful week in the house and the cottage. Both are beautifully decorated and have everything you need for a lovely stay. The hosts are extremely kind and responsive. The location near 12th South can't be beat. We would love to return!

Amazing house in the perfect location

House is located in a perfect neighborhood within walking distance to so many restaurants and shops. And quick uber ride to Broadway. The house has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Big spacious rooms. And a picture perfect front porch to relax!

Graduation trip

Weather didn’t cooperate but still had an amazing g long weekend for our don’s Belmont graduation! Great house that was perfect for my husband and I, our adult son and his girlfriend, and my 16yo in the third bedroom. Great big table in dining room was great for playing cards comfortable seating in family room also. Large front porch nicely decorated but unfortunately didn’t get any use due to weather.

Wonderful stay!

We had an amazing stay at this property! Very safe and amazing location. Street parking available. Lots of space and the porch was amazing!!! Hosts were super responsive. We had our baby there and it already had a pack and play set up which was extremely helpful

Weekend Getaway

We visited Nashville for a long weekend with 3 total couples and this house couldn't have been more perfect! Located in a perfect spot in the 12th South area it's a short walk from multiple great restaurants and shops. The host were very responsive, the house was warm and inviting with great common areas to socialize, and the front porch swing was a great spot to relax. Only a 5-10 minute Uber ride to the Broadway area this is a place we will book again on our next Nashville trip!

Perfect Location

Situated one block from 12 South, this house provides for easy walking for morning coffee, donuts, lunch, dinner or even a stroll through the charming 12 South neighborhood. The house is decorated with a delightful eclectic mix of traditional and contemporary furnishings and art. The front porch is great for watching people and pups pass by.

Perfect Bungalow

This house was very clean and the decor is even better in person. Very comfortable home for 6 people. It is a very safe neighborhood and only two short blocks from a wonderful street with coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping. To get to Broad Street, it was easy to catch an Uber & took about 10-15 minutes. We will definitely try to stay here again when we return to Nashville. Thank you for your hospitality.

Beautiful house, quiet neighborhood

Family girls' trip to Nashville (x 4 people). The house is exactly as pictured and described. It has a charm about it; feels like home-away-from-home; beds are comfortable. Front porch is huge and lovely for morning coffee or a late night glass of wine. We wanted to be close to some boutique shops and neighborhood restaurants, and not too far from the hustling Broadway scene. Perfect location! Within walking distance to 12 South - great area! Felt safe walking from 12 South to house during late night or early morning. And a short 15-20 minute ride to Broadway and other attractions. Tim & Suzy are great hosts; very quick to respond to any question or need. Would recommend to stay.

Wonderful!

We came to Nashville for a family girls trip and are still raving about this house! We had the best time drinking coffee on the front porch every morning, going for walks in the neighborhood, and shopping 12 south! The house is stocked with everything you need and is located in a safe neighborhood with shops and restaurants a walkable distance away. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great Stay I’m 12 South

We stayed at the house while in Nashville for a recent wedding. Great location. Very nice house, clean and lovely. It was convenient to get around to all Nashville attractions. Easy Uber ride to downtown but also so much fun to be walkable to 12 South. The is a wonderful neighborhood to choose for a Nashville trip. Highly recommended.
