The apartment was spotless! We dropped something and there wasn't even a dust bunny under the bed. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a meal and the location was very convenient for visiting our Belmont student. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Parking in this neighborhood is challenging and we were grateful for the parking lot in back which is included as part of the stay.

We enjoyed our stay, while visiting our Belmont student! Communication from the host was thorough and timely. As a result, there was no reason to contact her. She did, however, make it very clear she was available if needed. Upon arrival, parking was a breeze, using the supplied instructions for registering our car. We climbed a short flight of stairs, and entered a very clean property, stocked with everything needed for our four night stay. There are fresh coffee beans, a grinder, an electric kettle, french press coffee maker, and even creamer in the refrigerator. The bedroom features a king sized, platform bed with a foam type mattress. The bedroom draperies were custom ceiling to floor blackout lined…possibly the nicest we’ve ever encountered in a VRBO. All windows are covered with white wood look 2” slatted blinds. Both TVs and the bluetooth speaker worked properly. Wi-fi worked well. There were plenty of towels. Appliances seem new, and nice quality. A little balcony overlooking 12 South was a relaxing place to read a book, have a drink, and people watch. Many restaurants, upscale shops, a convenience store, a park, and Belmont University were easily walkable. Thanks for this great experience! We will likely return.

12 South

We were in town for our son’s soccer tournament, but we had time to explore Nashville also. This area is close enough to Broadway, has a quieter/safer feel, and has plenty to enjoy when we wanted to stay in the area. The condo was perfect for our needs and will definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend! The location was absolutely perfect - lots of quaint restaurants and shops. It was a busy area, but we did not hear much noise while we slept. The apartment was spacious and spotless. Our stay was really comfortable! In addition, the parking was a breeze! We had no issues with parking for our trip, and it was super convenient.

Fantastic location to experience 12 South and all it has to offer!

We loved this apt on12 South! They've done some redecorating so the pictures online don't match the interior, but it was still beautiful and very comfortable. My husband and I came to visit our son who lives in East Nashville, where we normally stay. Snow was forecasted so we asked our son to get snowed in with us. It was so much fun walking around 12 South, enjoying all the shops and restaurants. We had never stayed in this area before and will definitely be back. The host was very responsive to our needs and the apt was perfectly located to take advantage of 12 South. Great stay!

Great location on 12th South

Very nice unit in great location right in the heart of 12 South and close to Belmont where are daughter goes to school. The unit was spacious and clean. Has a nice little balcony as well, but it was too cold and rainy to use. Also great that parking is included as most hotels charge at least 30 a day for parking. We loved our stay and would stay here again.

Anniversary Getaway

Great area of Nashville to target

Mark and Scarlett were gracious hosts and very accessible. The place was clean and had a wonderful retro chic feel to it that matched the vibe of the neighborhood. My wife and I would definitely stay here again when we come back to Music City!
