Place was just as described. It was clean and had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable. So many shops and restaurants within walking distance. I felt very safe as a woman staying by myself. I would stay here again.

Excellent property

Can’t beat the location. Reasonably priced and suited all of our needs for the weekend. Key code didn’t work initially but the property manager answered the phone (at 2am!) and immediately resolved the problem. Highly recommend this property.

Everything was great except the construction noise next to property occurred after hours. We would stay again in the future once construction has ended. Host was a great communicator.

Great location, great place!

Loved our time here. Comfy bed, easy check-in, good communication with manager. Easy to get around on foot, surrounded by excellent food and shopping. We love Butter Milk Ranch, best breakfast!

12South - location is terrific

The location of this VRBO is central to the 12South area. It is a lively area, very walkable, neighborhoods surround the area and an easy drive to downtown or other areas. This specific unit (out of the several in the building) is nicely laid out but located directly above the restaurant. I'll be back at this building again, but I'll try another unit in the building. The property management team was very responsive to an issue with the entry code to the suite (easily resolved) and asked for my feedback while staying in the suite. Nice place to stay and good property management team.

Great “off Broadway” location

The 12 South area is a charming neighborhood. Pleasant during the day and sleepy after 9pm. No live music but wonderful boutiques, tap room, eats. A nice change of scenery. And easy drive to all things Nashville.

It's 12 South!

This was our second time staying in this property (yes, love it that much). Location is amazing - not only the food options on the street, but easy access to Vandy, Green Hills and the interstate(s). Clean and cool little apartment. Just know, though, it IS 12 South, so it's not super quiet.
