The condo is in the perfect location and everyone was friendly. It's about a 10 minute walk to the stadium and to Broadway. The condo was very cozy and we got the best nights sleep there. The bedding was that of a 5 star hotel. We very much recommend renting this condo if you plan on visiting Nashville!

We will be back!

This was definitely in my top 3 favorite places I’ve stayed over the last few years. Rebecca was amazing and even helped me decide whether I should walk to certain places or do a ride-share. She checked on us during our stay and even after we left. The location is perfect for a short walk to downtown Nashville and we safely walked to Brooklyn Bowl to watch a band play at night. The view from the balcony was a bonus - the place is so cute and modern. I would live there if I could! Thanks, Rebecca! I have your information saved for future trips to Nashville

Nashville 4th of July

We had a wonderful 4 days in Nashville. Very hot weather but so much fun. The condo location was perfect. We walked to Broadway and all over the Germantown area.The only shortfall was the pool was smaller than it appeared in the photos.We will definitely be back!!

Great time in music city

We appreciated the warm welcome from Rebecca, easy entry upon our arrival, and free onsite parking. We enjoyed the laundry facilities onsite as well as the pool. The bed and pillows were super comfy, and the shower pressure and temp were great! Super cute Nashville decor too. Bonus: we were able to see the Friday night fireworks at first horizon park from our doorstep.

Excellent Experience

Ever had a perfect vacation...yeah, me either but this one was close. Upon arrival our booking had not been cleaned and therefore was not ready for us. i immediately reached out to our host Rebecca. What a true professional she was, immediate response with an immediate solution to our issue. Rebecca had another unit in the complex we were staying. It cost more per night but without hesitation, she moved us, no upcharge. Others could/ would have made us wait for the cleaning crew to show up and clean, not Rebecca. I cannot give her anything less than an exemplary rating, I travel frequently and this was above and beyond service. Looking forward to our next visit and we undoubtedly know exactly where we are staying!

Perfect location for us

It's just a short walk to many downtown attractions from this location. We enjoyed the coziness of the place, and it felt like home immediately. The check in process was super easy and the communication from the property manager was excellent. We plan to stay here whenever we are back in Nashville.

Great location

This unit was close to downtown along the river. The minor league baseball stadium is within walking distance if you're interested in that. Looking over the river was cool. This may be my main place to rent when I make Nashville trips. Had everything I needed.

Apartment is very clean, located close to downtown, and a relaxing spot to watch the river. Check out the Parthenon, Fleet Street Pub in Printer's Alley, the State Capitol, and all the greenways.
