This was a lovely place to stay! Easy parking in the alley behind the condo, beautiful park to walk just a 3 minute walk away, easy quick access to downtown Nash and the cute shopping district in Hillsboro! The place was immaculate, insanely soft sheets on the beds, and excellent communication with the host. Highly recommend!

Great location and stay! We would definitely book this unit again for our family of three. Our host Molly checked in to make sure everything was ok and gave her contact information if we needed anything, very accommodating. Our unit had all the essentials for our 5 night stay.

It was in a perfect location if you are visiting Vandy. Perfect location. The place is small and hard to host any dinner with a group of four, as there is no real place to sit together. It is very functional place to visit the University.

Great Location

The location of this property is fantastic! Very cute neighborhood, walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Short drive to downtown. There were three of us traveling, which is the perfect size for this condo as there's only seating for 3 in the living room. The walls are a bit thin, we could clearly hear the residents behind us when in the bedroom that shared a wall. We had a few hiccups at check in that the host was able to resolve relatively quickly.

Good location, bad management

The property is located conveniently in a nice neighborhood next to Vanderbilt. However, there are a number of things that were not great, including size, accessibility, cleanliness, and communication. As other reviewers mention some of the units have two flights of steep, slippery and uneven outside stairs to access the apartment. The rental is smaller than it looks in the images. Barely enough space for three people to sit in the living room at once.But the real problem was that the unit had not been cleaned when we arrived at the designated check in time at 3pm. There was a pile of dirty towels in the kitchen, the bed linens had not been changed, the kitchen and bathroom trash had not been emptied etc. The host was initially responsive and said it had never happened before (though I later saw reviews to the contrary). After a long day traveling my mom(who is a senior) wanted to rest. We had planned to make dinner at the rental and catch up, but we couldn’t do any of that because the service didn’t arrive until 6:50 pm and was cleaning and doing laundry until well after 9pm. I was mortified and felt bad for the person cleaning who did not speak English and had not been told by the host why they were asked to come. The host never checked in to see if the issue was resolved. When I asked about a partial refund for the wasted day, never responded. A week later she reached out asking me not to leave a review unless it was a 5 star which explain the lack of bad reviews here.

Great Location

This townhouse is just steps from 21st Avenue shops and restaurants which is really nice. Parking was easy and it was great having a washer and dryer! Having two big beds was nice for us. It was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!

Not as Clean as it Looks

Pros: Location, safety, and communication were good. It is within walking distance to food and shops. Very convenient. But it is a college town, and the driving around is pretty cramped, and the neighbors were a little noisy on Friday night. Since we were on the second floor, and the door locked as you closed it, it made me feel safer. No issues finding the place and getting inside. Cons: The lingering smell of cleaning chemicals for the entire stay, even after airing out the apartment during breakfast. Did not feel clean. Only the high touch point areas looked to be cleaned. Everything else was not clean and very dusty. The apartment is much smaller than the pictures show. This rental is really only good for two adults and we had three. I was disappointed in how dirty I found common areas, like the bathroom floor had a lot of hair on it when we arrived. The bedrooms' lamps were so dusty that they had not been cleaned in 6 months, and we found pillows and blankets with weird stains on them. So I didn’t feel things were that clean after that. Overall, for quick stay in Nashville, the location is ideal, but if you are okay with not the cleanest amenities, this will work for you.

Great Stay!

The Dolly was great for a family of 5. Very clean and comfortable. Thost was very receptive and prompt. Location in Hillsboro Village was great, close to shopping and dining, and very convenient drive to Broadway
