The location of this rental was perfect for our girls getaway. We were a 30 minute walk from Broadway with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. It's a quiet residential neighborhood so we did not feel like we were in the city, but were close enough to enjoy it. We had seven people in our party and there was plenty of space for our stuff and for all seven girls to get ready at the same time. The hot tub was perfect after a long day on our feet and had a great view of downtown. The décor was fabulous and definitely put you in the mood for enjoying Nashville. We did miss having a clock in the common area. We made do with the 4 pool towels for the hot tub but would have appreciated more so we didn't have to share. Finding the rental was easy, but finding the parking garage was quite a challenge. Once we did, we were able to park two midsized suvs in the garage. It was snug but manageable. With the single sized shampoo and starter packs for dishwasher, etc it felt more hotel-like than other VRBO's we've visited in the past. Not worse, just different. Coffee is a morning ritual for our crew. We quickly found out the coffee maker takes cone filters, not a standard basket filter like we were told. Nothing that a quick trip to Publix (that was just down the street) couldn't fix. Overall, it was a great stay and I would highly recommend this VRBO for a larger group.
