This was the worst stay I’ve ever had. First, before our stay started, the property called me for no reason. Next, after I paid the property, they did not give me information on paying a pet fee until I reached out to the property. Then, we arrived and our room was not cleaned. After we switched rooms, the A/C broke, the portable A/C did not work, the windows leaked, the faucet leaked, and the dryer would randomly start and stop. They sent maintenance to fix the A/C issue and to replace the door batteries on two different occasions without notifying us or giving a time estimate as to when maintenance would come. Additionally, the first time they messaged me about the door issue they made it seem as though maintenance was coming immediately at 9:30 PM. When I spoke to their customer service about these issues they were nonresponsive and unhelpful. I explicitly requested that they give us time estimates after the first incident with maintenance and none were given.
