Great stay, everything was completely as advertised. Clean, convenient, great communication and easy walk to Broadway. The unit had plenty of space for the 6 of us to hang out but also room for us to have our own space.Will definitely look to stay here during our next trip.

Very clean and in a convenient location. It got pretty noisy one morning at 3am when the garbage truck was emptying trash bins in the alley but nothing you can do about that. The cabinet doors in the bathrooms didn’t close properly and light fixture in one of the bathrooms was falling away from the wall. Overall this was a great place and I would stay here again. It was very spacious, clean and well stocked.

The property was amazing! It really gave me the vibes of being in a movie. Very nice layout with elegant setting. The property manager was very helpful and quick to answer questions. It's the perfect place if your wanting to experience Nashville night life.

Loved the trip. Nashville is awesome. This location is great for walking to Broadway and most restaurants. The reason for 3 stars on cleanliness was due to tubs had soap scum build up, found a sippy cup with milk in it under the entertainment center and the dust was pretty bad in the headboards. Other than that it was great

The property was great but the internet was out and I needed to do a little bit of work. The management response to this need was immediate and the problem was resolved in a couple hours. Place is great and so is the location. As described the stairs are steep but not overwhelming.

Great Two Bedroom Loft Near Broadway in Nashville

This well appointed condo in a great Location is very clean, spacious and comfortable for four adults. The management company suggested great safe parking arrangements very nearby and are a pleasure to work with. They made a great stay even better!

Excellent location. Walk to everything.

We had a great stay! Just 2 or 3 blocks north of Broadway, we could walk to all the must-see spots, including the Gulch neighborhood. The luggage drop service across the street was amazingly easy and convenient. $8 per bag, per day! There were three Starbucks (among other coffee shops) all within one block. I mention this because easy early morning access to coffee is an important “feature” for me when traveling. Lol! Walgreen’s is also located about 100 feet from the front door of the unit which was awesome for little convenience items. The unit was very clean, well appointed, and exactly as advertised. No surprises. We slept 6, which included two adults in each of the two bedroom beds and two adults on the living room futon. The host was responsive and friendly! No complaints. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great Stay!

Great location for walking to downtown. We went downtown to eat and then to a concert at ascend. Everyone had a great time and we would definitely come stay again.
