Great trip for 4 couples as offered 4 master bedrooms with king size beds!! Nice walk to Broadway no need for rental car. Modern, elevator within if needed for luggage to floors, had an issue with tv and host was on top of it. Great communication via text with whatever needs were. We will be back!!

We had a wonderful stay. The property was just as listed. Close to everything and in walking distance to most things. My family enjoyed the hot tub and we made a delicious steak dinner on the gas grill. There were 8 of us and there was plenty of room for us to spread out. We would definitely book Downtown Dolly again!

The location is good. Quick uber ride to downtown area. It felt safe. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The rooftop was really nice and a fun place to sit and chill.

The house was beautiful. Location was great. The only negative is there is construction going on right beside it. However, that really wasn’t too big of a deal. We would definitely stay here again. The property managers responded almost immediately to any text questions.

This was a great unit decorated with fun Nashville style!Easy walk to breakfast and coffee. A longer walk to Broadway but doable. Our Uber was only 10.He was really fun to stay in a Nashville themed VRBO.

We loved the house and the location. The beds were all incredibly comfortable and cozy. House was very updated and modern. We did not receive check in instructions so when we arrived 20 minutes before check in time we had no way to get in. We finally received it after I reached out. We never received check out instructions at all. Other than that, it was a great experience! Highly highly recommend!!

Very clean and well stocked with glasses, dishes and other kitchen items. Lots of shaded places to find to sit. The rooftop has great views of downtown Nashville which is within easy walking distance. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay at. We were a group of 6, 4 nights, the place felt very spacious with a good layout. Some what close to Broadway, however you need to cab it as it is not very walkable (about 30 min). Host was nice, providing us with some snacks on arrival, however would have been nice to have larger bottles of shampoo/soap, more dishwasher pods, and extra paper towel rolls (only given 1). Also some basic condiments like sugar, salt, oil are pretty standard now in many rental properties. Rooftop patio was nice and spacious. Hot tub worked well and outdoor fire table was a bonus!

The property had an accurate description however, there was no disclosure as to the massive extremely early loud construction right next door. When I asked the host about this they said they will alert future guests of this construction noise. I am extremely dissatisfied that this detail was hidden from us. When on vacation I would like to sleep in and each and everyday we were woken early with loud construction noise. I feel this information should have been disclosed so we were able to make an informed decision about where we chose to stay. They supplied us with very minimal amounts of toilet paper and towels as we had 10 people staying in the home and had to wash towels several times. They gave us two pods to wash clothes so we had to go out in and buy them. The location was not far from broadway and walking distance to the gulch. I would recommend this home when the construction is complete

Excellent Place

Great location and awesome beds. Great layout for a group of couples. Beds are extremely comfortable. Only downside to the place is the construction next door that starts at 7:30am. Still a great place to stay though.

Bucket List Trip

Great property for our family group of seniors. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath. The elevator was great too.Never got to sit on rooftop or the use the hot tub since the heat index was almost 100 everyday.

Nashville Gulch

We were there for a girls 60th birthday celebration and had a wonderful time! Overall, everything was as beautiful as presented! However, cleanliness could’ve been a little bit more detailed and it was a little difficult trying to park in the garage unless you had a small vehicle.There was very little space for vehicles to get in and out.Location was good but hard to figure out how to get to with all the construction.

Great location and plenty of room

Our group of four spent three nights here. The location is great. Easy to get to/from whether walking or driving. It’ll be even better when the construction on the new condos next door are completed. Work began at 7 am and there were constant trucks in and out of the site. The house is nice. Clean and really nice to have 4 king size beds and five bathrooms. Kitchen well stocked. Just enough towels - if you want more than one per person remember to request ahead of time. Each bathroom had a sNice welcome gift of snacks and drinks. Management was quick to address any questions or issues we had. The beds are low to the ground and memory foam. Not very firm. We kinda got sucked in - we all would have preferred firmer beds on a higher, solid platform. So your mileage may vary. Make sure you read all of the fine print - there was an additional charge for accident insurance that we didn’t want or need, but had to take. The place is not someone’s home. It’s run be a management company, so don’t expect homey touches like games, throw blankets or boxes of Kleenex. We didn’t use the hot tub, but all of the decks are nice spaces. Especially at night when construction has stopped for the day.
