Everything was perfect. The house was clean, everything was set up perfectly, it held our party of 12 perfectly. There were a couple damages around the house (upstairs master bed frame was cracked, burn on the ground, floor has settled, walls needed a little cleaning), just little things but not enough to bad mouth the place. It is really close to Broadway, but do not expect to be able to walk anywhere lol. But overall the place was really nice, would recommend it to everyone!

Nice place.

The location to downtown was great. It would be nice if it had an outdoor grill. Overall the place was clean and comfortable. Will look into renting gain when back in Nasheville.

Overall, stay was great and so close to everything! Response time of owners was quick and easy! Family loved it and definitely want to stay again in the future! It was great space as well for 13 people

The Dash to Nash

We had a party of 9 people , this was an amazing house for the amount we had to house. You will need an uber or a rental car to make it downtown. Awesome place for hosting! Would stay here again!

Great friends trip. House was perfect. Just needs some little maintenance. Some doors were squeaky, hard to open, wouldn’t latch. But overall very nice property. Great for meals and socializing. Would stay there again

Decent stay for weekend getaway

Finding a property to accommodate 5 couples with rooms that suit married couples was difficult. This location was spacious enough for us to spread out and have our own space. Was a little skeptical about the area, but seemed to work out and was close enough to things we wanted to do with a short drive. Host was very helpful when someone in our group left one of their possessions behind.

Birthday get away

This was a great set up for 5 couples using the entire house (one couple slept in separate beds in a room). We ubered to Music Row and Bridgestone Arena easily. The neighborhood was very quiet and we took several morning/afternoon walks over to Fisk University and back. The starter packs of bath/kitchen soaps, garbage bags, paper towels were great. We would definitely stay here again!

Nashville Bound

The house was perfect for our group. The beds were so comfy. We really didn’t spend much time there because we were out celebrating 3 21st birthdays but we totally would have because the house was that nice. It says it was within walking distance to downtown but the neighborhood isn’t safe enough for that but the Uber was quick and cheap as long as you go home before 11 pm.

Nashville Girls Trip

11 adults ranging from age 23-53! We wanted to come to Nashville for a girls trip and needed a place large enough for our group! The location was ideal, quick Uber to Broadway! Only suggestion would be is to provide guests with extra blankets! Some rooms were warmer/colder than others!

Family Nashville getaway

Property was available for early check in and the 6 bedrooms between the 2 units were perfect for my family. Neighborhood is just on the outskirts of downtown Nashville which was about a 5-10 minute uber depending on where you were going downtown. We knew this and it was not a problem. Plenty of parking avaliable on site. We didn't need anything during the trip but the management checked in daily via a text to make sure we knew we could reach out if needed. For the price and location we could not have been any happier. Great site and would definitely do it again.

Great stay!

The only issue we had was not being able to find the upstairs apartment at first. Could have easily been our fault. We also were a little disappointed we could not get through the inside door to go up stairs but it worked out okay. Very clean, easy communication, check out list was not over bearing at all. Would stay again.

I was under the impression that the units were side by side but unit A is downstairs and unit B is directly above with easy access to both units using the stairwell. As far as the property itself, it was very cleanly and perfect for my group of 14. The only thing I found misleading is that it says it’s a mile from downtown and walkable to Broadway, this is not true. It’s about a 2 mile walk and the neighborhood is not very safe and the walk involves major busy roads so my group ubered. Overall, a great place to stay.

Excellent home for a small group

House was clean and comfortable. We had a small problem with the freezer and the management company contacted me immediately and had someone out to fix the problem the next day. We asked that the interior door to the two apartments be unlocked so we could easily go between the two areas, this made socializing easier than having to keep the outside doors unlocked. Nice modern furniture and comfortable sitting areas. Not far from Broadway, we walked there one day. Would recommend ride shares at night. Neighborhood was fine. Would stay here again.

Nice property. Supplies of pans for cooking was not good at all. Wiring of fans terrible. Not able to use fan as light would not turn off, no remote to fan in master room. Distance and way needed to travel into Downtown not a good path so not able to walk in.

Place was okay but could use some minor repaint on walls. Our biggest problem was using the oven. There were no directions and we could Not figure it out! They could use bigger coffee cups. Nothing major! No written instructions on how to use tv. We tried several times. Bedrooms could use some tvs.

Don’t stay here!

The lot beside the property was filled with trash and an old mattress. It was a complete eye sore. The garage was not usable because it was filled with random clothes, food, trash, and furniture. The master mattress was soaked with urine and we didn’t realize it until sleeping on it for some time and it coming up to the surface. There were not fitted sheets just flat sheets, and they had hair all over them. We had to book and move to a different place for the rest of our stay.

Stay was great with some exceptions

The place worked out really well for us with a few exceptions. The full size mattress in one of the rooms was almost completely worn out. It was like sleeping on springs. So very disappointed with that. I would suggest some new unstained washcloths and towels. And maybe to replace the broken built in microwave with a new one rather than leaving the broken one and just setting a different kind on the countertop and also clean out the garage that was full of unorganized stuff and not useable. I don’t remember seeing in the description where it said that we would not be able to use it for our rental car. If we weren’t to use it, I would have thought there would have been a lock on that door like others in the unit. We felt it definitely needed some maintenance and housekeeping attention.
