This house is immaculate! It’s absolutely beautiful. I believe it’s a brand new build. We felt very luxurious in the home when we were there. We came into town for a cheer competition and the proximity to downtown and the Opry is good. We Ubered everywhere and had no issues as far as that went. The home lacks a few things…Small items but large in scale when they’re not there. Try making toast without a toaster when you’ve got three hungry kids. No scissors. No can opener. This seems silly, but salt and pepper? None. This is something that is usually ALWAYS left behind by either an owner or another renter. We forgot it and they did too. One pan to cook in seems small for a house that can sleep up to 12, or 15?The bathrooms are beautiful! The rainfall shower heads, don’t bother with them, the water pressure is lacking so badly the water barely trickles out. We were given a total of 9 towels and 7 washcloths. There were no bath mats and no hand towels, apart from the one given in the kitchen. There were 7 of us staying in the home, 3 children and 4 adults. We were constantly drying towels. I attempted to get in touch with the host who had been very communicative before we officially checked in, a couple days before our stay, and once I checked into the automated system, all REAL communication stopped. No one responded to my question about towels or how to get more. When the check out message came through I realized that I was talking to a bot. It was truly disappointing.
