This home is in a great location. Not a far walk to Nissan Stadium and Broadway. Also, there are some great bars, restaurants, and little shops on a few blocks away. We felt very safe in this neighborhood. The property manager was kind enough to let us stay an extra hour on our last day. I would definitely recommend this home if you are interested in exploring Nashville. If you have the time and means to take an East Nashville food/walking tour, I would. It’s a great way to find a favorite restaurant or two to visit during your stay.

Great neighborhood, quick, friendly, responsive property management, fantastic restaurants and shops within walking distance (east Nash). Quick uber to Broadway, Comfy beds, nice bathrooms, nice kitchen. Only thing that was not up to par was the living room furniture. Its old and not comfortable. With that said, we had a great stay and would recommend.

The Purple House was the perfect location in east Nashville and close to everything. The house is very charming, it has a NOLA vibe. I loved sitting on the porch swing with my coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. My dogs loved it too! So much space, very comfortable and homey.

The Purple House was within walking distance to many cute shops and restaurants. We were visiting during a HOT weekend, and the air went out. The hosts worked right away to try to get the problem solved and were in communication with us while they got the AC unit worked on. The house has an eclectic vibe which gave us lots to look at and talk about inside. We felt safe in the neighborhood.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Purple House. The pictures posted are very accurate. The house is comfortable and decorated with an eclectic, Nashville vibe. I think it has something for everyone. We loved it!

The Purple house has an awesome location in East Nashville. Walkable to 5 Points area, and a short ride to downtown. The house is spacious, eclectic, and uniquely decorated. The front porch is terrific, and the backyard is private. We will definitely stay here again.

Plenty of room in this VRBO. The front and backyard is fenced in allowing our dog to run freely. The place is a bit older but everything is well kept. Be aware that some of the drawers and closets have locks on them so if you're bringing a lot of clothes there might be a storage problem. The washer and dryer is new and worked great. Parking is on the street but we never had a problem finding a spot right in front of the house. It was a quiet neighborhood and we rarely heard noise. You can walk to local shops and the main city is only a short drive away. The only problem we had is there was no outside garbage bins to dump our trash in when we left. They either disappeared or were mistakenly placed in the house behind this one (it had 4, we had none). Not a real issue. Oh, and it would have been nice if at least one of the two fireplaces worked. The one in the master bedroom had candles in it and the one in the dining room was closed up. But, outside of that, it was a large clean interesting house at a fair price and we'd stay again.

This was an incredible property. The eclectic design made for fun discoveries at every turn. It's in a great neighborhood within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. The fenced front and back yards made it easy to travel with our dog. Excellent host communication made the process convenient and stress-free.

We like east nashville a lot and this is a very convenient place to stay The Purple House is beyond eclectic. There are great spaces and plenty to look at on the walls Only problem was neither of the two coffee makers were working, but if they were we might not have discovered the Foaming Monkey Looking forward to another stay some time

What a great neighborhood to stay in!! Just a hop, skip, and jump to the city center…but you get to come home to the quaintness of the East End (such a cute neighborhood with lots of restaurants and little local shops!). We had a fabulous time and a great stay at The Purple House! We’d definitely stay again!!

We LOVED the home - so much decor to admire, dog friendly, comfortable, great walking neighborhood. We wish the yard was cleaned up better but overall enjoyed the stay very much!
