-Relax in our outdoor sauna space. A cedar barrel sauna with Harvia electric heater is available for our guests use. Seating for 4-6 guests inside. Note: this is in our yard facing the side street, with a private sitting area for relaxing pre+post sauna.

GUESTS AND VISITORS
★ All guests and visitors must be included on the reservation count.
★ There is an additional $25 charge, per person, after the first 8 in the home.
★ All visitors, even those who just come for lunch, etc, will be charged as extra guests and must be included in reservation.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
★ Exterior Cameras: exterior only cameras are present to ensure safety, reviewed only if needed.
★ Complementary parking is available in the back lot for up to 3 cars, with additional street parking nearby.

Maximum Occupancy & Guests
Strict maximum: 10 guests (registered + any visitors) at any time.
Base rate includes up to 8 guests. → Guests 9–10: $25 per person per night (automatically added).
Day visitors: $15 per person (must be pre-approved).
No unregistered guests or visitors without prior approval. Violations may result in immediate eviction and loss of payment.

No Parties or Events
Absolutely no parties, gatherings, or events. This is a peaceful neighborhood — violations will result in immediate eviction and full forfeiture of payment.

Quiet Hours
10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (per Town of Nashville ordinance). Please keep noise reasonable at all times.

Pets
No pets allowed (no exceptions).

Smoking & Vapes
No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property (inside or outside).
$500 cleaning fee for violations.

Sauna
Use at your own risk.
Max 20-minute sessions.
Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult.
Shower before use.
No glass, lotions, oils, soaps, or shaving/grooming products.
Swimsuit required (no nudity).
No alcohol consumption before or during use.
Not recommended for guests with heart conditions, children under 18, high/low blood pressure, or who are pregnant.

Charcoal Grill
Grill must be used at least 5 feet away from the house (for fire safety).
Charcoal not provided — please bring your own.
Please clean the grill and utensils after use (supplies provided).
Close the lid when finished.

Back Porch Furniture
Upon departure, please cover the table and chairs and take down the umbrella.

Fire Pit
Fire pit is located in the side yard only.
Screen/cover must be used at all times.
Fires must be fully extinguished (cold to the touch) before leaving unattended or going to bed.
No fires during burn bans or high-wind conditions.

Snow & Ice
We automatically plow the parking lot when accumulation exceeds 2 inches (usually within 24 hours of storm end).
For lighter snow/ice, guests are responsible for using the provided shovels and ice melt on walkways, steps, and deck (buckets at entry and on deck).
We are not liable for slips or falls on the property.

Parking – LIMITED & ENFORCED
Maximum 4 vehicles in the private lot (street parking is available).
All vehicles must be removed from the property by 11:00 AM on checkout day. No post-checkout parking allowed.
Early vehicle drop-off before check-in is available at 2pm.
Vehicles left after checkout may be towed at owner’s expense.

General House Care
Turn off lights, lock doors when leaving.
No open flames indoors (candles, incense, etc.).
No rearranging furniture.
